Promise

Nobody's POV,

Yoonah smiled, there was a lot of pain holding in her smile.

Yohan : Yoonah!

He called her, she quickly hid her sketchbook inside the cupboard and started cleaning.

Yoonah : hmm, what happened?

Yohan : i have an urgent meeting, I need to go to the office.

Yohan went to the office, once again she left, all alone in that big goddamn house.
After doing all the households, she thought of cleaning Yohan's bedroom until she heard the doorbell, she thought that, if Yohan was there he would have come directly inside as he would have the key, then who is there? as she opened the door there was an old woman in her late 80's, as she saw Yoonah she smiled and hugged her. Yoonah was confused why the old lady is hugging her, who is she?

Old lady : You must be Yohan's wife Yoonah right?

Yoonah : yes grandma, but I didn't recognize you ( she awkwardly smiled )

Grandma : omo my yohanieee really has a beautiful wife..
I am park yuri, Yohan's grandma and now your grandma also.

Yoonah bows her continuously for questioning her who she is.

Grandma : it's ok young lady you don't have to be sorry, where is Yohan?

she questioned yoonah?

Yoonah : office, he said he has important meetings to attend.

Grandma : that brat, doesn't he understand that he should spend some time with his wife but no he has to do meetings and all, that too on Sunday, Let him come.

One thing to notice that grandma was so cute and cool, Yoonah smiled

After some time Yohan came

Yohan : Yoonah! Yoonah!

He called her 2 times but he didn't get any reply

Yohan : where did this girl go

He searched for her everywhere, at last he found her talking with his grandma. He can't believe that his grandma came after so many years.

Yohan : grandma

He ran towards her and hugged her tightly, he missed her so much.
Grandma kissed his forehead lovingly, her eyes are becoming teary, she surely missed her one and only grandson yohan a lot.

That day, it was the 1st time Yoonah saw his smile, a genuine smile. After all the emotional things are done grandma spoke,

Grandma : you brat, you are married now you should spend most of your time with your wife, not with your meetings, can't you see how Yoonah was sad she complained to me that you are always busy in your meetings.

Yohan was looking at her angrily.
Yoonah nodding her head as no.

Grandma : don't look at her like that, I was pulling your leg. Go get freshen up and come downstairs, we will eat dinner together.

After some time they started with their dinner, it was looking like a perfect family, the family where Yohan always craved for.
After dinner, grandma went for a walk.

Yohan : grandma shouldn't be able to know that we both don't sleep in single bedroom.

Yoonah : don't worry about that.

After some time grandma came.

Grandma : Yoonah i am going to sleep.

Yoonah : did you take your meds?

Grandma smiled and said, yes dear, goodnight both of you.

Yohan and Yoonah : good night grandma.

After bidding goodnight Yohan was looking at her continuously.

Yoonah : Don't worry I shifted Grandma's stuff to my room and kept mine in the laundry room.

Yohan : where are you going to sleep?

Yoonah : here in the living room on the couch.

Yohan : you don't have to sleep here, you can sleep in my room.

With that he left, sometimes Yoonah does not understand what he wants to say, sometimes he says, never try to come into my room and sometimes, never try to interfere in my life. After completing all the kitchen work she makes her way towards his room, and knocks.

Yohan : come in. You can sleep, I have to complete the presentation it will take time.

Yoonah nodded, and slept facing towards his opposite direction of him.

These 4 - 5 days went smoothly and were the bestest days for Yohan, she saw a different Yohan in different forms.

At evening,

Grandma was packing her bag cuz tomorrow morning she is leaving for busan, Yohan was sad, but she has to go, but He promised her that he would drop her off himself.

Yoonah : grandma let me help you.

Grandma smiled at her and let Yoonah help her.

Grandma : Yoonah, will you promise me one thing.

Yoonah : sure grandma.

Grandma : Yoonah promise me you will never leave Yohan's side, whatever the situation will be, you will always there for him. Yoonah, Yohan suffered a lot , maybe he didn't show, he became so broken from inside, he grew up alone without having his own family, without having any friends, his mom dad was always busy in their business work, they never even thought about how Yohan was leaving, for them he was nothing but just a mistake, during parents meet every child used to come with his/ her parents but Yohan's parents never came cuz of that people used to bully him, tease him they think he is an orphan and don't have anyone, Yohan always longed for his mother, he always used to cry at night for his mother, but his mother never came to him, cuz of all this he became so cold, rude and arrogant, he thinks that love is not made for him, a lot of people talk behind his back but no one knows the reason behind this. Yoonah by his hardwork he made his company at the top most position and there are many people in the business industries who want to ruin him including his own father, he trust you, never ever break his trust, he will never say but I know he trust you, Yoonah he doesn't want anything, he just only want to be loved and happy give him everything Yoonah i beg you, love him, make him happy, give him all the happiness, he deserves the whole world.
" Will you give him " ?

Yoonah : grandma, during the vows i promised myself that no matter how the person in front of me is, i will be with him during his joy, sorrow, sickness and health and when I said " I do " whole heartedly from that moment I accepted him as my husband. Grandma i promise you that I will never leave him until my last breath.
