She looks beautiful. Her white hair running down her back. She wore the same blue dress I remembered. Her eyes look like stars in the sky. I draw back. She slides her hand down my cheek.  Yet... why does her face drip blood. Is this an illusion? Am I truly falling into the darkness?

"This is a dream." I say.

She smiles at me.

What makes you say that?

"Mother, you're dead." I say.

It was never my choice to die.

"I can imagine that." I say.

My child, I've missed you so much.

"You... you have?" I ask.

You look so much like your father.

"Why did you not tell me about Malachi?" I ask.

It was never to be told. I need your help. I want peace.

"Do you not already have it?" I ask.

No. Your father took everything from me.

"I do not understand what you are saying." I wince as I come to the side of the bed.

She lifts my head up.

Head Malachi's words.

"What makes you think I can trust him?" I ask.

Head his words. He is your brother.

"I know he is, but I do not understand." I say.

Then go to him and learn the truth.
