I don't recognize you anymore

It was a week later since Meredith hat a panic attack in front of derek. They didn't really talked to each other after what happened.
"Dr. Grey" someone yelled down the hall to Meredith . She turned around and saw Derek.
"Dr. Grey I uh need a consult. Can you come with me?"
"Uh yeah sure" she said a bit confused. He walked them down to an exam room. When they opened the doors nobody was inside.
"I thought you needed a consult?"
"Um no I don't actually but before you go please just listen to me" he said pulling me back at her wrists. She winced in pain
"Sorry about that. Anyways um we haven't talked since you know..."
"I know that" she replied harsh
"Alright Meredith I am so done with you. I don't recognise you anymore. You changed so much in such a bad way" he snapped
„Really? You changed me BECAUSE YOU LEFT ME" she yelled
„Oh JUST BECAUSE YOUR CUTTING YOURSELF DOESNT THAT MEAN YOU GET TO BE THE VICTIM" he yelled at her. After that it was a awkward silence.
„Derek.." she said quietly. He finally realising that he hurt her with his words as she walked, almost ran, outside of the exam room. When she walked out everyone that was on the floor looked at her like she's crazy.
„Why are you looking at me get back to work" she snapped because she was tired of people staring at her. She walked into her office, looked the doors and searched for her Ten-blade. TW ⚠️
She was cutting and cutting at her wrists then removing her pants and moving on to cut on her tights. She cuts and cuts and cuts. There was a knock at the door. She flinched a bit causing a bigger cut into her skin. „Ouch" she breathed. She pulled her pants up and covered her wrists and got to the door to open it.
„Mer..you okay? Everyone heard what happened between you and shep" alex said
„Oh uh y-yeah I'm completely and utterly fine" she tried to give him a fake smile. Alex looked at her, concerned. He pulled her into a hug when he saw tears welling up in her eyes.
„Oh mer you will be okay I promise you"
After a minute she pulled away, wiping her tears away.
„Thank you Alex but i'm fine now" she smiled sightly
He nodded and left. She walked out of her office to get a charts to do. She was on her way back when she noticed someone starring at her.
„Why do you stare at me like that?" she said annoyed
„Oh um just your lab coat is covered with blood" the resident said. She looked at it and immediately noticing that her cuts were bleeding.
„Oh thanks I will chance them probably from my patient before" she replied, the resident nodded and she walked away.
„Shit" she breathed when she walked into her office taking off her lab coat. She noticed that a few cuts were pretty deep. She pulled her pants down to check at her red lines at her thigh. The one that was bleeding down there was only the cut that was accidentally. She sighed. Got a suture kit and sticked up a few cuts. After that she put a bandage on her arm just in case.

She walked up to daycare to get Ellie to go finally home. Today was a very long day. She worked till 9pm. She usually never works this late because of her daughter. She doesn't want to get her mom because she still remembers how Ellis forgot her sometimes and the nurses needed to call her to get her. She frowns. Why is there a man with my child...
