After he closes the door I stand there in a daze. His voice sounded so sexy when he called me sweetheart and damn him, it made me blush so hard. Ugh it's embarrassing how much that one word coming from his mouth makes me feel so many butterflies.
I finally come back to my senses and remember that I have to hurry to shower. I grab my phone off the nightstand and head to my closet. I sort through my clothes until I find what I'm looking for, which is my favorite dress. It's a short, white dress with cute small flowers on it and it has a v neck with spaghetti straps and off the shoulder sleeves that have bows on them. It's cute and perfect for the sunny weather outside.
I grab the dress, white lacy bra and underwear, plus black booty shorts and my skin colored tights.
I head to the bathroom with everything and place my clothes and phone on the counter before turning the shower on. I then turn my music on to Taylor swift and get undressed. I step into the shower and quickly wash and shave.
Once I'm done showering I turn the shower off and grab my towel to dry off. I step out of the shower, wrap my towel around me and grab my toothbrush. As I'm brushing my teeth, my phone rings with a text from Joe so I grab it and open it.
Joe: check out this song sweetheart
Joe: they don't make 'em like you anymore by LANY
I click the link to the song and listen to it as I finish brushing my teeth.
"But you look even better than your instagram"
"a girl like you is hard to find"
I rinse my mouth and replay the song while I brush my hair. The whole time I smile at the lyrics. Once I finish I text him back.
Lilly: I loved that song 😊 thank you for sharing
Lilly: I'm almost done, meet you at the bagel shop 😊
I play the song again and do my makeup. I powder my face, put on mascara, light pink blush and rose colored lipstick.
Once the song is over I change my music back to Taylor swift and get dressed. I put my bra, underwear and tights on before I get a text from Joe.
Joe: glad you loved it sweetheart.
Joe: see you soon
I quickly heart the messages and finish putting on my shorts and dress. Once I'm done I head out of the bathroom and head to my closet to get my sneakers. I grab socks to and put them on, along with my shoes.
I then grab my backpack and head out the door. I lock up and start heading to the bagel shop.
