Written In The Stars (#Duet 01)

Hello readers,

First of all, thank you so much for choosing my book.

"Written In The Stars", was earlier known as "Born to be yours." The book name is changed due to some reasons, so don't get confused like your book is copied from some other book etc etc, because of the changed name.

The book was initially started on, "May 3rd 2024", and now we're rewriting it because of some unnecessary hate my male protagonist got throughout these months. As the book will unfold you'll discover various changes, some minor and some major, with many new scenes added.

Born to be Yours, being my debut novel, holds a very special place in my heart. Everything about it, from the characters and the plot to the story and even its title, holds a place in my heart that no other can have in future. However, changes are the necessary aspects of life, and life demand them at several points. When i started writing i was not known to various things, i just started writing with zero knowledge of almost everything, the way of writing, how the plot proceed, how the characters development takes place by the time.

And now when i am almost a year into wattpad i realised various things. I learned so much through this journey of eight months and as we're rewriting the book, the title Born to be Yours felt a bit plain and lacked the depth needed to truly reflect the essence of the story. It didn't fully align with the intricacies of the plot or the emotional journey of the characters, which led to the decision to choose a title that better encapsulates the theme and narrative.

With this in mind, we have decided to rename book. I hope this change doesn't cause any confusion, but if you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me via DM on instagram. The I'd is same as on wattpad : authorreika. Apologies for any inconvenience, and I sincerely hope you love the new titles as much as I do!

Both titles, Born to be Yours and Written in the Stars, convey a similar meaning but in different ways and with varying depth.

So, how did we decide on the new name?

As I mentioned earlier, Born to be Yours felt a bit straightforward. On the other hand, Written in the Stars perfectly reflects the theme of destiny that drives the story. After seven years of separation, the characters' reunion and arranged marriage were not the result of their actions but something destined-something written in their stars. Neither of them was ready to take the first step toward reconciliation, making their union feel fated.

You'll feel an even deeper connection to the new titles when I reveal the name of the second book in the duet. Stay tuned for the announcement-it will all come together beautifully!

For those who may have missed the previous announcement regarding my upcoming hiatus:

I had already mentioned in my last note that I will be taking a break from February to May to focus on my academics. As a NEET aspirant, these four months are crucial for me. During this period, I plan to work on editing and rewriting scenes that require refinement, with the assistance of a friend.

Please rest assured that the overall plot and characters will remain unchanged. However, some perspectives may be slightly adjusted, and a few scenes may be added as needed to enhance the story.
