WIZARDS CHESS
We all enter into a room filled with golden "birds."
"Curious. I've never seen birds like these." Hermione said as i agreed
"They're not birds. They're keys. And I'll bet one of them fits that door"
"I don't know. Strange."
"Alohomora!" Ron chanted but the lock was still lock as he sighed
"Well, it was worth a try." I laughed at ron but he just glared at me
"What're we going to do? There must be a thousand keys up there!" Hermione groaned
"We're looking for a big old fashioned one. Probably rusty like the handle." Ron explained
"There! I see it!" Harry point at something as we turn to look at where he was pointing "The one with the broken wing."
"What's wrong, Harry?" Hermione asked as we three looked at harry with a confused face
"It's too simple." Harry said then thats when i realized it was actually the broom we need to get the key
"Oh, go on, Harry! If Snape can catch it on that old broomstick, you can! You're the youngest Seeker in a century!" Ron cheered as me and Hermione just nodded
Harry then nod back and grabbed the broomstick but then the keys all went to one direction Harry then tried to shoo them away
"This complicates things a bit." I said as i tilted my head watching my brother struggle while i just chilled
I watched harry as he pushed the air and flies off to catch the key harry then grabbed the key and zoomed to our direction
"Catch the key!" Harry shouted
He zooms by and throws the key to me, I catched it and rushed to the door while he distracted the other keys who's following him, I put the lock in
"Hurry up!" Ron shouted looking back at harry who was being dagged by the keys, he panicked.
"BLOODY WAIT YOU SHANK" I shouted at him and then opened the door the three of us rushed in followed by harry we quickly shut the door then the keys slammed to the door we then enter a dark room with broken pieces all around and two rows of giant statues on either side
" I don't like this. I don't like this at all." Hermione whined
"Where are we? A graveyard?" Harry asked
"This is no graveyard" Ron said and sighed while stepping forward trying to inspect the statues then i saw a horse, a queen, and other chessboard pieces.
"Its a chessboard" I said looking at the chessboard infront of us while ron nod at me for response
"There's the door" They walked towards it but i felt the chessboard shaking then i looked up and saw the pawn taking their swords
"WATCH OUT" I shouted they turn around and saw the pawns with their swords out
"Now what do we do?" Hermione whined again
"It's obvious, isn't it? We've got to play our way across the room. Alright. Harry, you take the empty Bishop's square. Hermione, you'll be the Queen-side castle. As for me, I'll be a knight. Y/n take the horse's side" We all took our places where Ron assigned us
" What happens now?" Hermione asked
"We play." I said and scanned the chessboard and ron
" Well, white moves first. And then... we play." Ron said as i smiled waiting what will happen next clearly enjoying it then a pawn from the other side moved forward. ron was pressing his forehead thinking of a move as he studied the game
"Ron, you don't suppose this is going to be like... real wizard's chess, do you?" asked hermione
"You there, D5" said ron then a black pawn moves forward, diagonal to the white pawn. The white pawn raises its swords and smashes the black one, we all jumped at this
"brilliant.." i said then i smiled at hermione "Yes, Hermione. I think this is going to be exactly like wizard's chess." i said as she sighed
The game continues. The pieces smash against each other. Boom! Boom!
"Castle to E4!" ron said then boom!
"Pawn to C3" boom! The Queen turns and smashes a piece! the four of us whinced at this
