It was the morning of the first day of the new year. We had school the next morning so we decided to leave around noon. Before we left everyone still wanted to do more. Oh right the jelly cat diner! I text Matt.

Mimi was rushing to pack up her stuff.
"Why are you rushing so fast we have a lot of time."
"Im hanging out with Chris in a bit." I smirk at her.
"Oo so you guys are a thing??" I tease.
"Oh shut up lets talk about the ring on your finger." I stayed silent.
"Right, silent or silenced." Mimi laughed, I laughed as well.
Nick pulled Mimi aside for something but I have no clue what. They clearly didnt want me to hear. I just got my shoes and coat on.
Matt walks in.
"Oh good, what time are we leaving?" Nick asks him.
"Around noon, check out isnt until 1 anyways."
I walk over to him.
"Oh so the actual couple is going out now? Funny" Mimi says giggling.
"OH COME ON I MADE ONE JOKE!" I leave with Matt.
Matt and I walk to the JellyCat Diner.
"Oh my god theyre so cute!!"
I gasp.
"Yes Silv?" He says laughing.
"Can we get matching ones! Pleaseee!!" I beg him, it didnt take much begging tho.
"Yea of course, which ones?"
"Theres so many I can even choose."
Matt sees something and walks over. I follow.
"How about these?" He points to matching bunny ones.
"They're perfect!" I smile.
Matts POV
Silv and I walk into the JellyCat Diner. Shes so excited, her smile is beaming. She gasps.
"Can we get matching ones! Pleaseee!!" She begs me. I already wanted to get matching ones, I obviously said yes.
I see two bunnies. A dark blue one and a pink one. I show her.
"Theyre perfect!" She smiles. She's perfect.
We grab the JellyCats and while there a fan spotted us.
"Omg this is the last place id expect you guys and im sorry to bother but, can I get a picture with you guys??"
"No need to be sorry, of course!!" Silv says. I was shocked. The last time this happened she got anxious. Hm.
We pose with the fan, "Oh my gosh thank you guys!! I ran into Chris and Bellamy yesterday!"
"Oh thats awesome!" I say.
"Are you guys together??" Now I see Silv getting anxious.
"No just friends!" I wasnt sure what to say. I wanted to say yes but at the same time we weren't really together. We are just friends, but were not? Im overthinking this. Or should I be? Fuck.
"Ohh okay bye bye thank you!!" The fan walks away.
I look at Silv, she seems more relaxed. Theres this weird awkward tension now. Did I fuck up?
"Hey look you did a lot better!" I say trying to break the tension.
"Yea I know!" She smiles. Its not like any of her other smiles. This ones different, it wasnt real. I think I fucked up.
We stand in line, its huge. Probably waiting for a good half hour.
"Only think I hate about JellyCats is buying them." She says sighing.
"Hey lets pass time!"
"How?"
"Lets play a game" I suggest. She doesnt seem to thrilled.
"Hmmm okie dokie! What game?"
"Honestly I didnt know, I was hoping youd come up with one" She laughs. Maybe she was just overthinking something?
We sorta just ended up talking about random things? Hard to explain, but, we had been waiting in line for about 25 mins and we were next in line.
