A week has passed. Matt and Chris's suspension is over, Thomas however, no clue.
"Hey pooka!" Mimi said getting in the car.
"Hey! We're late!" I joked sarcastically.
"That's not my fault, blame my alarm clock."
"You mean your mom?"
"Same thing"
I laugh driving us to school.
We walk in and head to our groups meet up spot. There's still talk here and there especially since Mimi and I did our QnA video but, it's not too bad.
"There you guys are! QnA video? Genius." Serena starts.
"Yea it clears everything up and everyone gets over it sooner." Finn chimed in. I can tell he's getting more comfortable with this group. We get to see more of his personality.
In the corner of my eye I see Thomas walking over. "I guess someone else's suspension is over." I pointed over for everyone to see. Serena looked at me and Mimi wide eyed.
Before he could get to us, his friend tapped his shoulder and wanted him to follow. He walked back.
"Soo I wonder what's gonna happen!" Mimi joked.
"Round 3?" Matt added on. Chris though didn't laugh.
The bell rang and I headed to Chemistry with Matt. On the way, there he was again, Thomas . He didnt look like he wanted trouble though. Odd.
"Hey!" Thomas caught our attention as we were about to pass him in the hallway. I looked to Matt, he just nodded.
We all stopped to the side of the hallway. What does he want now? Whatever it is, I'm getting anxious.
"Yea?"
"Im not tryna fight again I wanted to apologize."
Thomas looked at us waiting for a response. We stayed silent. He then continued.
"I'm sorry for all of that I was pressed by some friends." I couldn't tell if he was serious or not.
"Did you get in trouble with your coach or are you serious?" Matt asked seriously but tried to make it a joke.
"Im serious man for real. Im also extremely sorry Niola. I wasn't sober, I don't usually drink but I was going through something. I swear I didn't mean it. I know that doesn't make it okay, but I am really sorry. And for Ezra, Ill make sure he apologizes himself, to both you and Bellamy."
"It's fine I forgive you. Well if he actually does and he expects one back hes not getting one."
"That's fine. I promise I'll get him to apologize. You guys deserve one. But can we be cool? I really mean it." He looked back to Matt to see what he says.
"I accept your apology." Matt said. Im sure he just wanted to get away from him.
"Thank you man I mean it."
We walked away and I started giggling to myself.
"I'm sure I know what you want to say just spit it out" Matt said sighing. He knew exactly what my joke was.
"Enemies to lovers?!" I start laughing so hard.
"You're NOT funny" He says laughing with me.
"Says the one laughing" I shrug giggling.
We walk into class and sit at our lab station.
"You should tell the group chat so they know why Thomas is walking to them." I suggest.
"Okie dokie"
He grabs his phone and starts typing.
