Chuuya woke up abruptly, confusion enveloping his mind like a wave. He was still seated on the chair, but something was different. His muscles wouldn't respond; his body felt paralyzed. He tried to move, but he couldn’t even shift his bound hands or look away from the blank monitor in front of him.

"Why am I here?" he burst out, his voice filled with frustration. "Why can’t I move? What did you do to me, Dazai? Let me go, now!"

The words poured out in a rush, a mix of anger and panic that seemed endless. Chuuya tugged hard against the ropes, trying in vain to free himself. The empty monitor stared back at him, silent and menacing, as if mocking him.

Dazai, who had been watching him in silence, calmly smiled. "Oh, Chuuya, you're always so impulsive," he said in an almost fatherly tone. He approached slowly, hands in his pockets, his gaze calm and unshaken. "It’s useless to struggle so much. Soon, you’ll be mine... completely."

Chuuya gritted his teeth. "Yours? How dare you think you could control me?!"

Dazai chuckled, leaning down toward him again, looking at his prisoner with an amused expression. "You see, Chuuya... the problem is, you're different from the others. I can’t just enter your mind and change your thoughts like I do with anyone else. Your mind is too strong, too resistant."

Chuuya glared at him, his breathing heavy with anger. "Then let me go, and let’s see how strong I really am."

Dazai shook his head, the smile never leaving his face. "Oh no, it doesn’t work like that. You see, to weaken you, I need something… more effective." He gestured toward the blank monitor. "Something like a nice little brainwash."

Chuuya’s eyes widened, a shiver of fear running down his spine. "Don’t you dare!" he tried to shout, but his voice faltered.

Dazai merely laughed, then moved toward the monitor. "Don’t worry, Chuuya. This is only the beginning. In the end, you won’t have a choice but to obey me." With a click, the monitor turned on, filling the room with a relentless whirl of vivid, shifting colors. The hypnotic tones seemed to pierce into Chuuya’s eyes, making his head spin.

"What the hell...?" Chuuya fought to close his eyes, but he couldn’t. Dazai's command held him, like an invisible chain forcing him to stare at the monitor without looking away.

Then, Dazai pressed another button, activating the headphones on Chuuya’s ears. Out of nowhere, a monotone voice began to repeat, a constant whisper that grew louder and louder: "I must obey. I must obey. I must obey."

Chuuya clenched his teeth, his body tensed to its limits. "Turn this thing off, Dazai!" he shouted, desperately trying to resist the visual and auditory assault.

But Dazai ignored him. He leaned toward Chuuya one last time, looking into his eyes with an expression of almost unsettling tenderness. "I’ll leave you here to think it over, Chuuya. You’ll see that, when we meet again, you’ll be much more... docile."

He turned and, with a steady pace, walked toward the door. Chuuya continued to struggle, the voice in his ears repeating the same command over and over. "I must obey."

Dazai gave a final wave before leaving. "We’ll see each other soon, my love." And, with a final smile, he closed the door behind him, leaving Chuuya alone in the dark room, immersed in the hypnotic colors and whispers that sought to corrupt his mind.
