Today me, Chelsea, Aja, and Kelsey and the rest of team USA are going to watch the men compete for Gold today. Aja thinks she's slick. She think ion know about her and bam lil ugly ahh.

"How about this one, guys?" I said twirling.

"Jackie, you look cute. Just like the last five outfits." Aja said sighing.

"Seriously, girl, you look fine." Chelsea said sitting down.

"It's okay, twin. You look sexy." Kahleah said gripping my waist. She's so gay.

"Jackie, why you acting like you tryna dress to impress?" Kelsey said clearly catching on.

"it's a special occasion??" I said in a questionable tone.

We arrived at the arena after me finally getting my life together. I spotted Tyrese who's been sweet to me the whole time we've been here.

"Imma go talk to Ty." I said waving off and going over to him.

"hey you. You look good." he said wrapping his arms around me and giving me a full body hug. His body on mine just feels so right.

"thank you, that sol de Janeiro will do it overtime for ya." I said giggling.

We talked more, and then it was getting closer to time for him to go, I punched his arm playfully and a gave him another quick hug, whispering something in his ear.

"good luck." I said releasing from the hug.

"You guys hungry?" I asked my teammates and friends. knowing they always hungry so is that even a question.

"Always. But look at the line dude I'm not standing in that." Aja said frowning.

"We might miss the game at this rate." Chelsea said. I swear they the most hungry but complainative people ever.

"shii, it's worth it for some good snacks though." Leah said standing.

Me and Leah stood in line and just talked about who we thought was gone win obviously, team USA, like cmon now.

After a while of waiting and the people telling us they would bring our order out to us, we went back and sat down.

Tyrese is playing well, but he's not taking any shots. He's passing the ball a lot, racking up assists, but he hasn't scored any points yet.

"Why isn't he shooting? He's wide open half the time." Aja said referring to Tyrese, you know I got to keep my ears open for anything ion wanna hear be said about him.

I started to get worried, I have a literal knot in my stomach. I decided on getting up and going to the bench since we're right behind it anyways. I leaned over the barrier, catching Tyrese's attention.

"Hey, you okay? You're not shooting at all." I asked softly and lifting his head up so now he's looking up at me.

He looked up, a bit surprised to see me but then he smiled, though it doesn't reach his eyes.

"Just not feeling it today, I guess." He said sighing.

"Baby it's a GOLD MEDAL GAME. Whatever you're not feeling, you need to get to feeling it. Your team needs you. You got this. Just play your game. I believe in you, remember?" I said softly while massaging his shoulder.

He nodded and then took a deep breath, I don't know if he was actually listening but I feel like he's actually gonna play like himself.

"I appreciate you fa rea ma." He said smiling.

I smiled back, we did our handshake and then I went back to my seat. All my friends having their eyes on me.

"Jackie, you and Tyrese, huh?" Aja asked me.

"Chillax, we're just good friends. You know he's an Indiana guy.." I said waving it off.

"so what was the whole handshake about?" Leah asked me making me giggling.

"me and you have a handshake Leah. Be serious." I said back.

"I'm happy for you but... I just don't think y'all go together. I hear he's a player and I don't want you to get hurt." Aja said making me frown. She does this with every guy I try to talk to and then wonder why I don't be telling her.

Bam ugly as h*ll but I don't tell her "you shouldn't be with him because he doesn't look good and yall don't go together." She so rude and disrespectful.

"Tyrese is a good guy, Aja. He's not like that." I said in a calm manner.

"I just don't want you to get hurt, Jackie." She said shrugging.

"I'm not going to get hurt Aja. Let me do this." I said side eyeing her.

"what makes you say that he's a player? I've never heard that." Kelsey asked Aja, which I'm glad she did cause I wanna know too.

"people talk." She said.

"well I don't go by what I hear, i go off what I see so let's leave it there." I said focusing my attention back on the game.

4 minutes in the 3rd quarter had went by. I was still passing until I thought about what Jack told me. I told myself that whatever happens I'm gonna shoot.

When the time came for us to go back, LeBron gave me a smooth assist so at that point I had no choice but to shoot anyways. It went it nothing but net.

I looked at where Jackie was and winked at her and blew her a kiss. I know she's shy so that's why I did it.

"ouuuu." Her teammates said as she hid her face.

He's so sweet. I don't know what Aja was talking about. I've never heard anything bad about him. Is there something to worry about maybe, but I still trust him.

I've known him for 4 years and we've been close friends for 2 and then this year we just got even closer. To the point where we tell each other everything. E V E R Y T H I N G.

"yall are cutesy." Naphessa said shoulder shimmying me.

It was the final seconds in the game and we got to watch it without our hearts skipping a beat because the US is up by 10 I think. We clapped at the end of the game and everyone cheered for our guys.
