I was still sore after they left  but felt better. Sophie and I toom another shower and went downstairs in our slippers and pajamas to eat the Filipino food they had  brought us.

"Cindy, you have good kids and a lot of people who care about you. " " Yes, I know. I am very fortunate.  Not too many people can say that.  Alice and Bea, I asked them to give Julia some time before they go over there to see Julia.  They agreed that she needed to work it out before she saw them.  If not Julia, I will blow up on them and say they wrong thing.. They did text her but didn't get a response. They and others went over there to muck the stalls of the horses like they did mine.  They rode them and fed them.  They will continue to do that for them.  Silvia used her cellphone to unlock the barn."

We enjoyed the meal.  We threw the aluminum foil in the recycle bin.  We cleaned up and dried the dishes.  Cindy called and asked one of them to pick the containers up. She would place them in a plastic bag and leave on the front porch.  She and I were going to watch TV in the bedroom and probably fall asleep.  She places them in the bag and places the bag on the couch.  She came back in and secured our home. We used the elevator. We both overdid it on the jogging, and Lisa was right for chewing us out. I told her Cindy finished before me. Two of the guards jogged with me. Cindy had them take the rest of the day and weekend off. She told Lisa this when she came with her wife. Lisa told us they called to let her know.  We watched tv. I turned it off when we both started yawning.

I woke up, and Silvia was awake reading Little Ladies in bed.

" Julia,  I spoke with my sister and Cindy.  They jogged way to many miles more than what we jog with them. Lisa scolded them.  Taylor gave them a massage.  Cindy's kids brought us six Filipino food for dinner.  It's in the oven. Lisa and the guards removed all weapons and liquor. She isn't to drive either and promised me. I thanked her daughters. They told me if we need anything and it doesn't matter the time, one of them would do it. They ordered the flowers a and placed the obituaries already. The gals will have their parents ashes in two days. They did not want you two to do more.  Cindy is already having her crew fly them to Mexico.  They know you two are hurting.  Let's put our robes and sleepers on to eat."

We took the elevator downstairs.  Julia uses the restroom and meets me in the kitchen. I  rewarmed the food and we sat eating it with bottles of liptoj green ice tea.  We cleaned up  and Julia says she will take the  containers another day.

" Alice and Bea texted you.  I saw the texts popping up as I was connecting your cell phone to the charger."

" I  will speak to them later. I am afraid I will say something I shouldn't If I contact them now. They know this. The three of us are like that. Thank you for earlier.  I just want to go back to bed  and sleep. My body needs more rest. I am still sore. Please hold me."
We went back upstairs in the elevator and we removed our robes and slippers. We took our pills with colloidal silver and got into bed.  My wifes was walking slowly.  I laid my head on her abs. She uses her fingers in my hair caressing my scalp. 

Julia fell back to sleep. I moved and started reading three chapters until my pills got me sleeping.  I lay my right leg and arm over my wife's body. I fell asleep maybe a few minutes after that.
