Alexa and I are grateful for all the support we are receiving. We woke up to find on our porch so many floral arrangements,  care packages, and plants. We brought everything inside and placed the care packages of food in the refrigerator and removed the cards if they had one as well as the others.  Some in each category didn't have a card or note. We started writing thank you notes on post cards. We addressed  and placed a stamp on them. We would drop them off at the post office because there were too many. People were still calling and leaving messages. We were only answering a few calls but did answer if he had awake calls from Madrid and Mexico. Alexa had placed the enchiladas and other items on two plates.  She warmed them up. I poured us some ice lemon tea. We ate what was on our plate. We had leftovers.  I placed the three food together in a freezer container and wrote the date, and placed it in the freezer with some of the meals we received. Alexa put out group messages thanking all, but please, no more food. We have more than enough. Several were placed in the freezer. In her group texts, she updated us all on their parents request.  They loved the gifts.  They would out several of the plants outside once they read up on them.

Our landline was ringing.

" Silvia, the girls would like us all to go camping when we return from Mexico and take 6 horses with us. Cindy and Sophie agreed to their request.  We would go in two vehicles if you say yes." " Yes, we can all  stay in the rv if they like. You and Cindy are good at driving it now. We will bring two horses for the gals. I am glad you bought a bigger horse trailer."

I told Alexa yes. She said they just wanted to get out of the city and enjoy nature. The weather was still good. I told her Silvia would choose a camping site. She suggested somewhere in our city. I told her I would let my wife know. We ended our conversation.  I told Silvia and she said she would look up campsites that still had open slots for three vehicles. A few minutes later she told me she found one and spoke to her sister to see if this was alright with her and Cindy. She knew I trusted her so she didn't ask me. She said booked the camping site once her sister and Cindy liked the place.  We all were packed for tomorrow.  Sophie had booked a limousine to take us all to the airport.  Their security would take two vehicles and leave in the hangar.  We all had our updated covid shots and went through the reactions. Julia and Cindy didn't like covid shots but did it for us. We changed and went swimming before we ate. When we were done, we took a shower and dressed in sports bras and shorts. We had our slides on.  We went downstairs to warm up lunch. We had pink lemonade with it. It was delicious as usual. We had a slice of cheese cake an hour later. Julia took her dairy tablets. We cleaned the kitchen and Silvia got her book. We read half of the book of little women. I told her to please choose another book. We wouldn't want to depress anyone if they heard us reading it outloud. She said she received some new romance books by Nora Roberts and would take those with us.  We packed everything we would take with us in the rv and placed it inside. We wouldn't do the food until we were ready to leave.  Sophie told her that the four of them would bring the bevrages,  food, plastic ware, Dixie plates, bowls, and soho cups since we would be providing the propane.  We just had to buy paper towels,  toilet paper and fill up the propane tanks. Alexa and Jaime would help with the gas. We ended up falling asleep watching tv.

In the Ruiz home...
" Sophie their ashes will be at their home around the with two United States flags. Please have the limousine to be here at eleven.  We go pick up the others. "

My wife nodded, yes. She was on the landline.  I didn't know who she was talking to until she was close to ending they conversation.  She had been speaking with the limousine company.
We went upstairs via the elevator to take a much needed nap.
