"Where's Eren?"
"In the trainees squad #34. . . our team Tomas Wagner, Nack Teaz, Millius Zermusky, Mina Carolina, and Eren Jaeger. The aforementioned five. . . bravely fell in the line of duty."
Adrasteia felt her stomach sink as she heard those words leave Armin's mouth.
The words hung heavily in the air, and she felt her stomach sink. The reality of the situation washed over her like a cold wave. It was one thing to hear about the fallen; it was another to realize that people she had trained with, who had shared their dreams and fears, were now gone.
The shock rippled through the group of former cadets from the 104th. They stood frozen, struggling to process the loss. Whispers of disbelief filled the room, punctuated by the sounds of muffled sobs.
"Not them. . . not Eren," Adrasteia murmured, shaking her head in disbelief. "He was just here! We just separated moments ago!"

"Is that. . . titan fighting another titan?" Connie muttered surprised.
Adrasteia stood there, surprised.
'A titan shifter. . .? Killing a titan? No way. . . the Attack Titan?'

"Eren. . . is a titan!"

As chaos boomed through Trost, Adrasteia couldn't help but let out a dry chuckle. "This. . . it felt like Eldoria all over again," she whispered to herself.
The screams of people dying in the hands of the titans, blood covering the streets, bodies lying on the streets, and the shout of her fellow comrades and the soldiers filled her ears.
It was. . . painful.

'If my memories are correct, that is the Attack Titan, the titan that was not in the hands of Marley. It's in Paradis the whole time?' Adrasteia thought to herself as she watched Eren's Titan carry the boulder to seal the broken gate of Trost. 'I still can't seem to find Colossal and the Armored Titan.'
Adrasteia's heart skipped a beat as she turned to see Reiner standing behind her, his face unreadable but his expression calm. His hand still rested lightly on her shoulder, and she could feel the weight of his presence beside her. Despite the chaos unfolding in front of her—Eren's Titan form carrying the massive boulder toward the broken gate—her mind was racing in a different direction entirely.
"It's just. . . a lot to take in," she added, forcing her voice to sound steady despite the storm of emotions inside her. She knew Reiner was perceptive, but she couldn't let him see through her. Not now. "Seeing Eren like that, I—"
"Yeah." Reiner's voice interrupted her, and there was a strange weight to it. "It's hard to wrap your head around, right? The fact that one of us could be that close to the enemy, the one we've been fighting against all this time."
"Do you think we'll be able to hold them off?" Adrasteia asked, her voice almost too quiet, too careful. She had to ask, even if the answer was obvious. She had to stay in control, had to stay useful.
