"Eren is in the mouth! I'll kill him. Help me do it."
"Captain! Adrasteia is standing behind Eren, you need to kill her too. . ."

"I get that you two needed to do that after you both saw the future. . . but did you really need me to riddle with holes?"
Armin, Eren, and Adrasteia sat on top of the wall border of the canal, looking at the water flowing so peacefully.
"Why did you two. . . push us all away just so you could set us up as heroes that saved all humanity?"
"80% of all humans were killed during the rumbling, they won't be able to go to battle."
"I have finally killed the people who destroyed my home. And I had made sure that no one will touch Paradis and Eldoria for a long time."
Armin gasped as he clutched his knees together. "Did you two really need to go that far? Was all of this really for our sake?"

"Where did we leave off again?"
"What?"
"2000 years ago, the founder Ymir continued to submit to king Fritz leading the titan powers that we still see today. That's right. . . even after obtaining power that rivaled God, in front of her enemy who burned down her home, killed her father, and tore out her tongue, she continued to submit."
"What in the world made her choose this. . ."
"It's hard to believe but the founder Ymir. . . was in love with Karl Fritz. That's the true reason that Ymir's restriction has persisted for the last 2000 years. She waited 2000 years for someone. She continued to hope that someone could free her from the pain of her love. Finally, they arrived. That person was Mikasa."
"As for Adrasteia. . ." Eren looked at the girl on his side, her golden eyes shining as she watched the northern light in the sky.
"My ancestor, Ilyana Parvis. . . until now I can't seem to understand why she pushed me to do this. I just followed. . . I can't seem to find the answers I'm looking for even after death. Unlike Ymir, Ilyana was so much more. . . complicated."

"So that was the future you both saw at the medal awarding ceremony. It must have been painful to carry that burden all alone."
A tear fell off Adrasteia's eye as she looked down, "Armin. . . our thoughts have become incoherent. The influence that the Founder and Spinal Segment's powers bring about has no past or future. They all exist at the same time."
"It was all inevitable." Eren continued.

Adrasteia gasped and covered her mouth as Armin punched Eren, making him fall. He was whining as he confessed his love for Mikasa.
"I don't want to die. . . I want to be here with Mikasa, with all of you. . ."
"Don't give up yet! Let's find it! There must be another way for you and Adrasteia. . ."
Adrasteia sighed, "We can't. All those people also probably didn't want to die. And yet, there's no way we'd be forgiven for this. But I have already accepted this, Armin. I'm ready to meet my family again in the afterlife. . . or maybe I'll go to hell. Who knows?"
