A while later after Y/n has vomited a lot and a woman came in

"This girl right here is my shikigami. Her name is Ran Yakumo" Yukari said

"Why heartache? I don't think paracetamol poisoned could be heartache" Ran said

"Yes, why?" Ran said
Y/n now enters his genius mode

"I took too many painkillers and ended up hospitalized. That's an equal reaction"
