Freen and Becky waited anxiously in the hospital's examination room. Freen held Becky's hand tightly, his thumb brushing over her knuckles in a soothing motion, though it was clear he was just as nervous. Becky's other hand rested on her slightly swollen belly, her mind racing with questions about their baby. She glanced at Freen, who offered her a reassuring smile, though his own nerves betrayed him.
When the doctor finally entered the room and prepared the ultrasound, Becky squeezed Freen's hand even tighter. The soft whooshing sound of the ultrasound filled the room, and soon, the doctor pointed to the monitor.
"Congratulations," the doctor announced warmly. "You're having twins."
Becky's eyes widened in disbelief, and she immediately turned to Freen, whose jaw had dropped. "Twins?" Becky repeated softly, her voice trembling with both shock and joy.
"Two babies, Princess," Freen whispered, his voice thick with emotion. Tears welled up in his eyes as he leaned down to kiss Becky's forehead. "You're amazing."
Becky's own tears began to flow as she laughed softly, overwhelmed by the news. She reached up to wipe Freen's cheeks, only to find him doing the same for her. The moment was filled with raw emotion and happiness, their love for each other growing stronger by the second.
When they returned to Freen's mansion, the first thing they did was gather their friends to share the incredible news. Becky stood in the middle of the living room, Freen right beside her, his arm protectively around her waist.
"Everyone," Becky began, her voice shaky but excited. "We're having twins!"
The room erupted in cheers. Irin clapped her hands in delight, rushing forward to hug Becky. Noey and Kade squealed with excitement, while Nam and Heng grinned proudly, already exchanging knowing glances as if planning their roles as honorary aunts and uncles.
"Two babies?!" Kade teased, leaning toward Freen. "Guess you'll need double the patience now, Bunny."
Freen smirked. "I think I'll manage. Becky's worth it."
Becky blushed deeply, hiding her face in Freen's chest as their friends teased her lovingly. "Stop it," she mumbled shyly, though the smile on her face gave away how happy she truly was.
That evening, as the excitement settled, Freen and Becky sat together in their bedroom. Freen had brought Becky her favorite fruit platter, insisting she needed to eat more now that she was carrying two little lives inside her.
"Here, Princess," Freen said softly, feeding her a piece of mango.
Becky pouted playfully. "You're spoiling me too much, Babe."
"And I'll keep doing it," Freen replied, kissing the top of her head. "I'll take care of you and our babies. Always."
Becky leaned into him, her heart swelling with love. "I love you so much," she whispered.
"I love you more," Freen replied, pulling her closer.
The peaceful moment was interrupted by a sudden craving that hit Becky. "Babe," she started, giving him her signature puppy eyes.
Freen sighed, already knowing where this was going. "What is it this time, Baby?"
"Pineapple with chocolate syrup... and maybe a bit of chili powder?" Becky suggested, her voice both hopeful and guilty.
Freen stared at her in disbelief. "Chili powder? With chocolate?"
Becky nodded enthusiastically. "And pineapple!"
With a dramatic groan, Freen got up from the bed. "Anything for my Princess. But if I throw up while making this, it's your fault," he teased, making Becky giggle.
