Eve sat up. She looked at her hand and wiggled her fingers. One moment she hadn't existed. The next moment, she was here. There were so many new sights and smells. So many new feelings all at once. The sky above her was a pristine cerulean shade with only a few puffy white shapes. She felt like she belonged up there. She looked down at her legs. She sat atop rolling green hills freckled with fruiting trees and shrubs. She stood. Her first step was shaky but soon she was traversing the stone pathways with grace and ease.

Eve spotted another human atop a hill laying under a particularly large tree. She had to leave the path in order to get to him. She did not like walking on the grass as much as the stone. The woman approached the man and stood over him. He was sleeping so deeply that Eve would think he was dead if she couldn't see his chest rising and falling with every breath. She cocked her head to the side curiously.

He looked very different from her. He was taller than her by a good margin. His features were sharp, his body muscular, his skin was pale, and he was covered in brown hair. Not just on his head like Eve. He was covered in a thin layer of it everywhere, but it was extra thick on his chin, chest, underarms, and between his legs. Gross. Is he supposed to look like that? She got distracted by the crescent shaped marks under his pecs. What were those?

She went back to looking at his face. High cheekbones, thick eyebrows, scruffy, dirty, a slight hook in the nose. She poked him. He opened his eyes just enough to look at her.

"Hm?"

"Hello?" Eve asked him. The man attempted to sit up. He felt a sharp pang in his ribs. He grunted in pain and clutched at them.

Weak.

"What happened?" He asked. He sounded groggy.

"You were sleeping so I woke you up."

"Well I know that." He looked at her better now. She looked very similar to Sera, but different. Her features overall were softer, less scary. Her skin was darker, her nose was small and round. Her hair was a thick bundle of small curls that reminded Adam of the rams that sometimes wandered through. She was pretty.
"You're not the angel."

She shook her head.
"I'm Eve. Are you Adam?"

He nodded.

"Why do you have so much hair on your body?" She asked immediately afterward.

"Why don't you have any on yours?" He countered.

"Cause I look better without it."

"So do I."

"No you don't."

"Wha- Yes I do!"

"No you don't. You should get rid of it."

"How exactly?" Adam spat. Eve shrugged.

"Just stop growing it."

"I don't know how to do that."

"Lame."

Adam sighed. She was just like Lillith, except that Lillith didn't like that he wasn't blonde like her. Adam's tummy growled. He was hungry. He attempted to get up again. This time he was able to power through the pain just enough to sit up. He quickly collapsed against the tree again.

"Why don't you just get up?" Eve asked him.

"I don't feel good. Could you get me some fruit?"

"Why don't you get it yourself?"

"My chest hurts. I can't get up. Will you please get it for me?"

"Okay." She left to go find him something to eat.
