Here's some fun facts about them:
Luke and Ezri used to swap clothes to confuse other people before Luke's growth spurt hit and he outgrew most of Ezri's clothes.
They both have very different spice tolerances, with Luke being able to handle spice fairly well and Ezri being the most spice-sensitive person fuckin ever.
Luke and Ezri are actually two of my first proper trans/nonbinary characters. They are also two of my favorites :3
and finally, these two spend so much time together that they can pretty much communicate via looks.
