"Okay! That's it! Our lives are practically at risk along with some others, and I'm honestly starting to freak out because what are we going to do?!" Solana rambles on as she snatches the paper out of my hands.

"So, panicking is not going to help." I reason.

"I agree." Lisa nods her head.

"I don't care!" Solana glares at us. "I just don't want to die!"

"Neither do we, but what can we do?" Lisa crossed her arms. "It's not like we can hire someone to help us and hack into the system to figure out more."

Me and Solana look at each other.

I gulp.

There is one certain someone, but I haven't seen them since they left for the Navy and never said goodbye. That broke my heart since I loved them. However, I am afraid that if they do come back. Killian will go on a killing spree.

"What's with the looks?" Lisa wonders, pursing her lips in the process.

"We know one person, but I don't think they will help," I answer, scratching the back of my neck.

"What?!" Solana cocks an eyebrow. "He better help because that fool owes me the biggest payback after everything that happened between you two!"

"He?" Lisa smirks.

I nibble my lip and look down. "Yeah, he.."

"What's his name?" Lisa claps her hands.

"Shane." Me and Solana say in unison.

"What is he? Ex-boyfriend, family member, etc." Lisa throws at the two of us.

"Ex-boyfriend," I state, pursing my lips.

She hums, taking in the newfound information that slipped out of my mouth. Shane wasn't a bad guy or anything, he was one of the best boyfriends I have ever known to love, but when he left without saying goodbye broke my heart. I don't know what he's up to now, but I have a feeling that Solana will stalk him down and find him.

"Do one of you guys have his number?" Lisa tilts her head, resting a finger on her chin.

"I do, she doesn't." Solana speaks, pulling out her phone and typing away instantly. "I don't know if he changed his number or not, but if he did. I'll find him" She winks.

Told you!

The three of us continued to talk until it was best to separate to make it seem so suspicious because many cops started to look our way here and there whispering in their ears about us and what we were up to. I smiled innocently at one of them as I made my way to my side of the campus to work.

The day went by fast with no problems. Cops hung around campus still trying to get questions out of most people. If it was me, I would have packed it up and went home. Speaking of home, when I made it back Killian was nowhere to be found.

Anxiety begins to eat at me.

"Kill? Baby?" I called out, wondering where this tall giant of a person could be.

My apartment isn't that big!

I kept looking around until a high-pitched scream escaped my lips when I felt two big arms wrap around my waist throwing me over a shoulder. Killian chuckles and I roll my eyes with a smirk because not long after I reach down and slap his butt. I hear Killian groan a little before throwing me alongside my bed. A giggle leaves my lips, making Killian fall to his knees in front of me.
