Cecilia's POV

"COME AT ME DIPSHIT!" I yelled at the idiot who dared mess with me as I heard shouting and glass smashing in the background.

Hold on! Let's start from the beginning, shall we?

------

It was an ordinary Saturday night. For me, this means working at the local bar in my small town in San Francisco. Since we are the only open bar in our area we attract all the idiots there is in this town. Being surrounded by drunken, stumbling, weird smelling men is not how I like spending my weekend nights but at least I get paid for it.

It was just about midnight and it seemed like all the men in town were here. Great.

I swiped my midnight blue hair out of my face as I look around to see a lot of over weight bearded men who were already wasted with girls on their laps, typical. I cringed at the sight of the giggling, desperate girls who looked twice their age thanks to the make up caked on their faces and the very revealing clothes they wore.

As I just finished serving another customer, I heard glass breaking.

Not again.

My fellow co-workers who wore the same black uniform with the bar's logo on the back of the shirt, completely ignored the potential start of a bar fight. This left me the duty of cleaning the mess like always. Those ass wipes.

I sighed as I grabbed the broom stick and spade and went to clean up the mess. I swiped all the broken glass into one pile and leaned down to brush it onto the spade.

I wasn't leaning down for two seconds yet someone grabbed my butt.

That's it! I had enough of this stupid ass place!

I turned around to find a creepy grinning man who looked to be in his forties. The silver ring he wears on his left hand gave away the fact that he is indeed married.

I'm going to wipe that grin right off his face and teach him a lesson.

So I punched him.

Everything went silent for a second, just enough time for me to hear the sickening crack of his nose breaking. The sight of him holding his blood covered nose, groaning in pain brought a grin to my face.

Then all hell let loose.

That's how I'm here right now, with a fuming man who's nose I just broke, scared looking co-workers and women who look like they are about to piss themselves and a bar full of drunken idiots who were just waiting for someone to throw the first punch of the night. Which I just did.

I smirked, finally something interesting is happening.

In contrary to popular belief, bar fights are not that common. Sure there are the random few that drank a little more liquid confidence than they should have and started arguing with another drunktard over the result of a match. But other than that action such as this one, especially from an employee, is very rare.

"COME AT ME DIPSHIT!" I yelled at the idiot who dared mess with me as I heard shouting and glass smashing in the background.

Just as he was about to lift his hand to fight back, I threw another punch his way and he was knocked out lying on the dirty floor of the bar. I guess having my older brother, Caleb teach me how to defend myself did come handy after all.

With the smirk still on my face, I turned around to leave for the night. I am not going to clean up this mess, I'll let my dear co-workers do it.

With that thought in mind I pushed the heavy doors open and made my way home.

Tonight wasn't that bad after all.
