"Harry these are going to be really hard questions for me to ask you..." I sighed closing the meeting room door for some privacy. I set the camera up on the tripod while he sat down at the edge of the long mahogany table.
He shrugged his shoulders and told me to use my best judgement on them. Lorraine didn't want an overly long interview. She noted to me to have it no more than twenty minutes but no less than ten. It was still quite a few questions to ask and I wasn't sure how Harry was going to react to them.
"Ok, are you ready?" I blinked my eyes several times and took a deep breath in and exhaled it out.
"Bring it on, baby," he smirked at me, adjusting himself in his seat.
"Ok, its on," I press the record button and went to go sit beside him.
When I finally was ready in my seat, I put on my media face and smiled to the camera. "Hey everyone, this is Callie Steele with Elle UK Magazine and we are here with the beautiful and talented Harry Styles of the band The Raconteur. So tell me Harry, how long have you been writing and recording this album? It's been a few years since The X-Factor, things are obviously planning out the way you wanted it."
"Yeah, yeah of course. The boys and I took a break from the band for a year after we got cut on the show and we realized later on that it was crazy stupid to not be together doing the things we love most and being good at the same time helped a lot too. But on the other note, we have been writing and recording since then. It's just finally all come together on our self titled first album and we're really excited to get it out there for all of our fans and new fans to hear it. We owe it to them."
"You and the other guys were incredible when I heard you play last night. For your new fans, can you explain to them who the other guys are?"
"Well, I'm Harry. I play lead guitar and lead vocals. Dean plays bass guitar and sings about as much as I do, so I guess we both would be considered lead vocals? I don't know, he's the scrawny one always on my right winking at the ladies in the front row. Finn's in the back on drums. To my left is Lenny and he's also on guitar. We're all good lads. Lenny and Finn live together here in London, while I have to get away from the mates every now and then and have my own place. Dean still lives with his mum," Harry laughed and I grinned over at him trying to hold back the hysterical crying that I really wanted to showcase.
"Nice," I smiled looking back down at my notes on the table. "And how have you been enjoying your time back in London and the UK. It's been sometime since you've been to your homeland. Tell us about your life in America." I swallowed knowing he was going to be upset with me later for this.
"America..." he sighed and shifted in his seat. "I lived with my sister, Daphne, and an adoptive sister and three brothers with our father, James, in Maine when I was a kid. It was different living there compared to here. I didn't like playing American football, I wanted to play real football, like soccer. I wasn't very good at it."
"You're still not very good at it," I interjected before giving him a silly face.
"Hey, watch it, missy," he tapped my arm with the back of his hand and I stuck my tongue out at him.
"Your life there compared to here, much different? Or were you just as much of a rockstar there as you are here?" I couldn't help chuckling but I knew he was finally over the annoying questions and he was having a laugh with me.
"I was such a rockstar. Girls couldn't get enough of me," he smirked at me playfully and I rolled my eyes.
"Whatever," I scoffed at him playfully.
"It's true! I swear," he giggled and raised his brows trying to persuade me to believe him. "Well, they were all before you of course, darling."
I sat back in my seat and started giggling again. He was seriously such a charmer. I could not wait to spend personal time with him when I got back home. Also, I could not believe I was already thinking about sex again when we just did the deed back in my office.
