Chapter - 18
____________Inessa secured her name batch on her left chest and was asked to look on the camera.
The flash came after a moment, blinding the whole room.
"You can check if the photoes are of your liking or not, Miss Lush." Photographer said.
"I don't need it, I am quiet photogenic." She smiled at him and made him look at his assistant who was lost in staring at her for too long.
"Oh, sure, you can go to the next booth for the portfolio now, then." He showed her the door which lead to the corridor going towards other room.
She walked out of the room and entered the other room. There was a long table which caught her eyes, there were many prompts to work upon.
Before Mr. Toby, a high class professional photographer could tell her what to do in this room.
She already picked crown from the table and walked to the throne and pointed at it - "This... should be in the centre."
"Okay, as you wish, Sir Doris? Would you mind helping me with the prompts?"
Sir Doris turned around from his laptop and looked at her. And his eyes were locked for some second. Then he changed his way to Senior Photographer and walked to pick the heavy chair on the middle of the green room.
He sat back on his seat and Inessa didn't took long to pose for the camera. It didn't look like she was even trying to show how natural it was for her. She wasn't a model by far anyone's knowledge nor did she has given much idea for others to think of her.
She is like a vast personality where people fill gaps by assuming things about her.
And with that cold attitude and demeanor, none could have guessed that she is good at her body controls and know how to express herself on camera.
After removing the throne, she put the crown back and hold the book, posing some more and changing with a few next prompts as she didn't check if she looked good or not. Her most of the pictures looked generated or AI.
"She is really good." Sir Doris, Head Editor sipped his cup and looked for flaws in the pictures, no blur pictures and everything were extremely neat.
"You're forgetting who had clicked them." Mr. Toby said proudly.
"Is this done?" After 20 minutes, she said.
"No, probably the most important thing is yet to be done."
"And that is?" She said.
"There is yet to be given the leadership role for the 5 houses and you're most likely to be given one of the leader role as suggested by the Principal and Vice-President."
"That's likely to be very interesting news to me, guess what? I am in, but what about it? Do I have to pose to represent my house, and again, there is no finality which house I am going to be in."
"You don't have to worry, Principal had already talked with the house leaders who are your seniors and after a lot of discussion, they had made a list of students who're chosen to play the co-leaders role."
Her brows arched.
"I don't want to assist anyone? I do things alone, and I am sure I am very good at it."
Sir Doris looked up from his laptop and know the very second that she isn't an easy girl to deal with. She pulled something out of his thoughts and he needed to speak before it gets super messy.
Making her upset is not good for anyone, he knew that well.
"Can I say something?"
She leaned on the table and looked at him. She don't even act like a student. It's like she was the mature one there.
