NO ONE'S POV

As the car halted in the driveway of the Im mansion, the chauffeur quickly stepped out and opened the back door.

Nayeon emerged, her expression weary from a long day at work. Her mind was a whirlwind of thoughts about Hans and the chaos that seemed to surround her lately.

She was so preoccupied that she didn't notice her daughter playing on the lawn with the DeBourbon twins, Chaeyoung and Tzuyu.

"Mommy!" Haven's cheerful voice called out, breaking Nayeon's trance as she walked toward the mansion's main door.

Startled, Nayeon turned around. Her lips curved into a smile when she saw her daughter waving enthusiastically.

The smile, however, turned into a brief gasp when she realized Haven wasn't alone.

"Hello, Nayeon-unnie." The twins greeted in perfect unison.

Nayeon nodded and smiled at them before walking over to their spot. She leaned down to kiss Haven's forehead, her gaze briefly settling on the twins, who were lounging on a blanket spread over the grass. A basket of assorted fruits sat nearby.

"What are you guys doing?" Nayeon asked, her focus shifting to her daughter.

"Mommy, Aunt Tzuyu and Aunt Chaeyoung brought me a unicorn! Look!" Haven exclaimed excitedly before dashing toward a life-sized unicorn toy that Nayeon hadn't noticed before.

"Oh my—! That's... big." Nayeon gasped, her mouth hanging open as she stared at the enormous toy.

Her thoughts raced.

'This house is going to turn into a toy store if they keep this up." She mused silently.

"And I can ride it, too, Mommy!" Haven chirped, her eyes sparkling with pure joy.

"You didn't have to buy that, girls." Nayeon said, turning to the twins.

"For Haven, we'll buy anything to make her happy," Chaeyoung said with a grin, earning a smile from Nayeon.

"And we're thinking of getting her a cat and a dog, too!" Tzuyu added, causing Nayeon's eyes to widen in alarm.

"No, no, absolutely not! You have no idea how Haven plays with animals. You'd pity them if you saw it." Nayeon quickly interjected.

The twins exchanged puzzled looks.

"What did she do to Kookeu, unnie?" Chaeyoung asked curiously.

"Well, she put him in the washing machine once. Another time, she made him her 'patient' for surgery, legs spread out, with her nanny assisting." Nayeon began, trying to stifle a laugh.

The twins burst into laughter, their mirth echoing across the lawn. Nayeon couldn't help but chuckle along with them, the sight of their laughter lifting her spirits.

Despite her resentment toward Hans, Nayeon held no ill feelings toward his sisters. She welcomed their visits with open arms, especially since they adored Haven and never brought up the tension between Hans and herself. Their unwavering presence in Haven's life filled Nayeon with gratitude.

The DeBourbon sisters, including Hans, never tired of visiting the Im mansion, just to spend time with Haven.

For that, Nayeon was thankful, they focused solely on her daughter's happiness, and that was all that mattered.

After a few more laughs with the twins and Haven, Nayeon finally excused herself to head inside the mansion.

Her heels clicked softly against the marble floor as she walked through the grand hall, her mind wandering back to the scene on the lawn. Despite her exhaustion, a small smile lingered on her lips.
