NAYEON'S POV

"What are you doing here?" My eyes widened as soon as i opened the door.

There she was, Hans, standing in front of me with that unreadable expression, as if she had all the time in the world.

It had been two days since the dinner party, and i had been hiding out in my sister's condo, determined to avoid Hans.

I hadn't told anyone where I was, hoping to escape the inevitable confrontation. But clearly, she had other plans.

She tilted her head, her sharp eyes locking onto me.

"Care to explain why you've been hiding from me, Im Nayeon?" She asked.

"I'm not in the mood to talk right now." I muttered, trying to shut the door.

But she was faster, planting her hand firmly against it and pushing her way inside.

"Excuse me. I didn't tell you to come in." I snapped, crossing my arms as she walked in uninvited, her tall frame exuding confidence.

She ignored me and just flopped onto the couch like she owned the place. Stretching out, she leaned her head back and closed her eyes.

"I'm taking a nap. I'll deal with your little disappearing act later." She said and my jaw dropped

"Go home and sleep! This is not a hotel." I snapped.

She let out a small hum, already making herself comfortable. Within moments, I heard the light, steady sound of snoring.

"You've got to be kidding me." I mumbled, and groaned as i stormed off to the bedroom.

After a quick shower to wash off the stress, I came back to the living room, toweling off my hair.

She was still there, fast asleep, her lips parted slightly.

Despite my annoyance, I found myself pausing to watch her.

'How does she always manage to look so peaceful?' I thought, shaking my head.

"She really could sleep through a tornado." I muttered under my breath before heading to the kitchen to make myself some dinner.

The sizzling of garlic and vegetables soon filled the air.

I felt the tension easing slightly, at least, until I  heard the uninvited guest stirring.

Footsteps approached the kitchen, and I felt my shoulders stiffened.

"That smells good." I heard her say, leaning casually against the doorframe, her hair slightly tousled from sleep.

"Is that for me?" She asked and i glanced at her.

"No. It's for me. If you're hungry, go home or order takeout." I shot back.

"So, you're still mad." She said and chuckled softly, her voice warm and teasing.

"Mad? You didn't even bother explaining who that blonde woman was! What do you expect?" I blurted out and spun around, a spatula in my hand.

"Wait...this is about Victoria?" She stammered.

I saw her blinked, clearly surprised and my blood boiled at her reaction.

"Of course it's about her! You spent half the night with her and didn't tell me anything." I spat out and glared at her.

She ran a hand through her hair, her lips curving into a small, amused smile.

What the hell was that supposed to mean?!
