Chapter 5

''That's my brother !'' She says and runs to him. You've got to be kidding me

Jason. Jacelyn. '' Because he lives in the house right across you ?''

Oh my god. How could I forget such a thing ?

''Come on Jasy, come and meet my new friend Faye, she says she will give me barbie dolls.'' Jacelyn says to her brother and grabs his hand. Once he looks at me, his eyes go wide and he stops walking towards me.

''Lynnie we're going home.'' He sys and hols his sister with both arms.

''No no put me down I want barbie dols I want baribie dolls.'' She says kicking her legs in the air. ''I said put me down asshole.'' She screams then bites his cheek and he immediately put her down.

Woah I think rudeness, disrespect and sassiness runs in their veins. His sister is a little girl but she's a copy of him, she's still a kid but she she already has a big mouth. I wonder where she got it from.

Jacelyn runs to me and stands behind me while Jason rushes his steps in our direction and attempts to catch his sister but fails because she keeps turning around me.

''I bought you a Barbie doll yesterday Jacelyn.'' Jason shouts in her face.

''I know and I went out to play with it since you didn't want to play hide and seek with me and I threw it in the air but it fell in the middle of the street and a car crashed it. And another car was about to crash me too when I went to pick my crashed doll but Faye came and saved me.'' She cries.

''Is that true ?'' Jason looks up at me and I nod. ''What are you doing here anyway !''

''I live here.'' I say and point to my house.

''Can you give me Barbie dolls Faye pleaaaaaase ?'' Jacelyn says.

''Yeah sure honey.'' I say and then look to Jason. ''If you don't mind of course.'' I ask him.

''Okay I'll wait here.'' He says and Jacelyn jumps up and down three times or so and then I hold her hand and we enter my house. I walk her to the kitchen first and give her a Skittles pack, she thanks me and then I climb the stairs to my bedroom. I had no idea why I brought my Barbie dolls with me but I'm glad that I did. I search in my closet and finally find where I put my dolls and plushs. I end up giving Jacelyn almost all of my baby dolls since she liked them all and didn't want to leave the other dolls alone because they'll be sad then. I also notice her looking to my little teddy bear that I like a lot, but I give it to her anyway because she was embarrassed to ask it from me.

She thanks me and gives me a long hug and I give her another skittles pack before guiding her out to Jason.

''Look Jason, Faye gave me all of her Barbie dolls, she also gave me a teddy bear and skittles.'' Jacelyn runs to her brother who's waiting for her as she smiles widely.

''Come by often Jacelyn okay ?'' I say to her and then notice that some of my groceries are still in the trunk and some other are thrown on the floor since I didn't pick them up. I groan and head to my car and pick my groceries from the floor. I unlock my car and hold the bags then I head to my house.

''Thank you Faye.'' I hear Jacelyn saying before I close my door's house and I smile to her.

I wish Jason was as cute as his sister, I don't understand why he's so rude to everyone but I believe there's a reason because there's a reason for every act that anyone does. Jennifer's words flood in my memory and the thought of getting in trouble tomorrow sends chills down my body. I shake the idea off my head and grab my phone from my pocket. I decide to call mom and once I do, she picks up on the first ring.
