HELLO EVERYBODY! I AM HAPPY MAN! I DID TWO CHAPTERS IN TWO DAYS! aren't you proud of me? hahaha! anyway, I apologize on how pathetic the last chapter was because i found it a total TOTAL bore too. But, it was needed. SO, I'm going to give you this cool chapter. I love RICHARD. :)

I stretched on my tiptoes, trying to reach for the innermost hanger that seem to have been jammed into the far end at the back of the wardrobe. I grunted and stretched further in. Gosh, I thought to myself. Why couldn't I grow a few more inches? I wouldn't look so disjointed and minute then!

"Juliet?" Mother's voice scared me out of my skin as she poked her head through my door.

"Mother! Don't do that!" I squeaked, ramming my hand against the top shelf of the damn cupboard.

"Sorry darling, I just wanted to-what are you trying to do?" She asked curiously.

"Trying to get a dress out of the cupboard." I muttered, not wanting to let my Mother know about my oh so perfect plan to play a flirting game with the son of her highschool friend.

  Man, this was twisted.

"You don't wear dresses." She stated, studying me with those intelligent eyes of hers.

  I gulped.

"Sophie took me on a shopping spree. She actually found a style for me!" I said a little overly-enthusiastically. "Look," I pulled a random flowy shirt that I didn't really like, but it had felt comfortable when I tried it on. "I like this one."

  Mother raised an eyebrow.

"Well," She said after awhile. "At least you're learning how to grow up. Your wardrobe was hideous."

Wow, Mother. You sure encourage me. Not.

  "Whatever. Anything wrong?" I asked.

It was unlike her to come into my room so early in the morning.

"Oh, I just wanted to know about that dance that's going on tomorrow." She shrugged, trying to minimize her suspicions.

Of course, she wouldn't want me to getting into some crazy romance and end up just like her.

"Oh, it's just those cheesy dances. I won't get into trouble. Besides, Wes will be there." I added for some safety measure.

That seemed to calm her a little. Wes, despite having millions of girls going after him, seemed like a trustworthy guy to her. But of course, she had nine years to study every character aspect with that crazy obsession of picking out every single bad guy on earth so...he was trustworthy.

Honestly, sometimes, it feels as if my analyzing skills came from her. It should seem so, right? It has to be from her, because I'm definitely nothing like my Father that didn't exist. Nothing.

"If you say so. I added more to the list below," She added, fixing me with the analyzing look again. 'Remember to read it." She said sternly.

  I nodded.

When she closed the door behind her, I sighed, and reached to grab the dress.

"Yes!" I gave a little cheer as I brandished the stupid dress.

Today would be important for me. I had to up my game with Thomas, because much as I dislike Lily, I couldn't stand the fact that he was engaged in a game with me, and he still can play another girl! That was totally not supposed to happen. I mean, hello? No multi-tasking! And, it makes it out as if I wasn't that much of a challenge to him.
