HELLOHELLO:) heehee the holidays are kind of ending here, so I'm like trying my best to write as much as I can:) As most of you probably know, I started a new story today, called "Crossing The Tracks". :) I didn't want to put it out before I finished this, but I could resist, and besides, I type out whole chapters during the day so it's less taxing for me at night when I post. So, problem solved.(if you realize, my chapters are wayyy longer now:P) so, if you're free and bored, go check the other story! its fun to write:P anyway, WOAH, the previous chapter was super fun to write. I had fun plotting and scheming like Thomas:P Anyway, here is the next chapter: even more drama! have fun!

My dreams were dark and cloudy. I felt so hot and uncomfortable, and I couldn't sleep well. I woke up once to nothingness, before sinking back into a nightmare again.

I dreamed that I was back in the afternoon again, listening to Carmen's story in her room. Her room was just like her, vibrant and bright. Her room was of different dashes of colours that merged together harmoniously, and her bed was big and comfy. I watched as Richard hustled into the room with a new basin of water, checking her temperature, propping her upright so she could talk without choking on her own saliva. It was a tender gesture, something I would never dream of seeing on Richard himself.

“How are you feeling?” He asked Carmen.

She looked ghastly. Her skin was pale and her eyes lacked the usual sparkle.

“Better. Richard, I'm not a kid.” She pouted.

“Well, he has the right to be worried. You look like someone has poisoned you!” I exclaimed, rushing to sit by her side.

“Nonsense. It's just a cold,” She said dismissively, her eyes lighting up at the sight of me. “But...aren't you getting ready for the dance? Why are you here?” She asked curiously.

I turned a glare towards Richard. He didn't tell her?

  Richard ignored my glare coolly.

“She's here to discuss. In fact, I want to tell her about...you.” He said.

Carmen flinched as if she had been slapped. Immediately, she dropped her head down, and she turned even more pale, if that was even possible.

Richard nudged me, and I stood up immediately so he took my place.

“Carmen, she needs to know how he's like,” Richard murmured. “She doesn't know what she's up against, and that's very important for her.”

  Carmen shook her head.

“I'm scared,” She said, and suddenly, I felt as if I was watching from another screen.

These two siblings were close-anyone could tell-but there was this bond. They knew each other's thoughts. It was a beautiful thing.

“I know you are, but Juliet needs to know in order for her to be aware. She needs to know how Thomas got it out of you.” He said encouragingly.

“I trust her.” Carmen said, and she sounded like she was on the verge of crying.

“So, you can tell. She's probably the only one who has a chance against that jerk.” Richard took her hand and squeezed it gently. “Or do you want me to tell?”

Carmen grabbed his hand and shook her head vigorously.

“I'll tell.” She said, but she was crying now.

I felt so guilty. Damn, maybe I shouldn't have started with Carmen. If she was so upset, can you imagine the states of the other girls?

“Three weeks ago, there was a party at Caleb Liu's place. Do you know who he is?” She asked me, pulling her blanket covers around her.
