Hello everyone welcome to new chapter ☺️☺️
After ending the call with Aaravi, Rakshit immediately dialed Raj and asked him to come over to his penthouse. Within minutes, they both arrived, stepping in almost at the same time. Raj took one look at Rakshit and instantly noticed the tension on his face, the slight droop of his shoulders.
"Bhai, are you okay?" Raj asked, concern lacing his voice. "You look exhausted."
Rakshit attempted a small smile, rubbing his forehead. "Just a slight headache, nothing to worry about."
Raj's gaze sharpened, and without another word, he headed to the kitchen. Moments later, he returned with a glass of water and a tablet, handing them to Rakshit. "Here, bhai. You need to take better care of yourself."
Rakshit took the glass, a quiet gratitude in his eyes. "Thank you, Raj. You're always looking out for me."
Raj shook his head with a gentle smile. "It's my duty, Rakshit. And... you're more than just my boss. You're my family."
Rakshit nodded, feeling the weight of Raj's loyalty and friendship-a bond beyond words, one that he knew he could always rely on.
Raj sat opposite Rakshit, watching him rub his temples, a mix of exhaustion and determination on his face. "So, bhai, was there something specific you wanted to discuss?"
Rakshit nodded, eyes closed as if visualizing something. "Yes, Raj. I need you to buy out the most beautiful residential area you can find-spacious, comfortable, something that radiates peace," he paused, his voice softening, "under RR Company's name. Secure three of the best apartments there. Make sure they're on the same floor."
Raj raised an eyebrow, clearly puzzled. "Three apartments? Why three, bhai?"
Rakshit's gaze flickered open, a rare gentleness showing. "For Aaravi," he said quietly. "She deserves a space that's perfect. One for her to stay in, another for me when I visit, and the third... a backup, in case she ever needs more. I want her surrounded by comfort, beauty, and safety."
Raj nodded, now understanding the depth of Rakshit's devotion. This wasn't just about providing a place for her to stay; it was a testament to how fiercely and fully Rakshit loved her, wanting to create a haven in his world's darkness just for her.
Raj sat across from Rakshit, observing the unusual calm in his demeanor. "Was there something important, bhai?" Raj asked, sensing something different.
Rakshit nodded, his eyes briefly closing as he gathered his thoughts. "Yes. I need you to find the most beautiful residential area-spacious, serene, where everything feels warm and safe." His tone softened, almost as if he was picturing the place. "Under RR Company, I want four apartments there. They must be on the same floor, and I don't care how much it costs. Vacate any tenants in those specific units."
Raj's eyes widened slightly. "Four, bhai? Why four?"
Rakshit opened his eyes, a rare intensity glinting in them. "One for Aaravi, one for me, one for you, and an extra... in case she ever needs more space." His voice dropped, revealing a hint of vulnerability. "I don't want her feeling alone. I want her to have her world close by, somewhere she can always return to."
Raj nodded, touched by Rakshit's thoughtfulness. This wasn't just about a building; it was about creating a haven where Aaravi would be surrounded by the people who would protect her with their lives-a testament to Rakshit's profound, almost obsessive love.
Raj couldn't resist a grin as he looked at Rakshit. "Bhai, I see you're in deep, deep love with Bhavi. I mean... four apartments? Seriously?" he teased, his eyes glinting mischievously.
Rakshit rolled his eyes, though a faint smile played on his lips. "Shut up, Raj. It's not like that..."
"Oh really?" Raj leaned back, crossing his arms. "So, you're not planning this whole residential takeover just so she's surrounded by people who'd lay their lives down for her? Not in love, hmm?"
Rakshit sighed, running a hand through his hair. "Okay, maybe... a little. But it's just-she's changed me, Raj. Bit by bit, without even trying. Every time she looks at me, she doesn't see this 'mafia king.' She just sees... me." His gaze softened, lost in thought. "And she actually cares. Worries about whether I'm sleeping, if I've eaten, if I've taken a break. You know how rare that is in our world."
Raj chuckled, shaking his head. "Wow, bhai, I never thought I'd see the day. Aaravi's got you wrapped around her finger!"
Rakshit smirked. "Not just around her finger... she's got my whole heart. I don't even know when it happened. But she gives me this... peace." He glanced back at Raj, dead serious. "And I'll do anything to protect that. Even if it means buying out half of Mumbai to keep her safe."
Raj slapped his shoulder playfully. "You, in love, and a hopeless romantic? What a sight! Don't worry, bhai, I'll make sure those apartments are perfect. After all, I wouldn't want Bhavi's king to look bad!"
Rakshit chuckled, feeling a strange warmth spread in his chest.
