"Did she every sleep in here?"

"Who?"

"Ashley"

"No" Xavier stated, Scarlet looked around the darkened room. Her eyes returning to the bed.

"Have you guys ever fucked in here?" Running her hand along the edge of the bed she grimaced at the image it brought her. Ashley and Xavier, curled up in the sheets as Xavier thrust in and out of her to no relent.

"No, Scarlet, she slept in the room down the hall. We. . .fucked in that bed" Scarlet turned to Xavier, she sighed but nodded. "Okay" Xavier sat Scarlets medical bag down before going to his closet.

"It's late and the doctor said you needed to rest. Here's my shirt to sleep in until I can get Mary to shop for you, I'll be in my office on the second floor" he handed Scarlet his shirt. "Has she. . .?" Scarlet mumbled embarrassed, she couldn't stop thinking about Ashley and Xavier together. At pack meetings, kissing, hugging, she now realizes how Xavier felt when she was felt samuel. Samuel, she whimpered. It's only been two days since she found him in the field but no ones yet to ask her about the ice that covered the grass or the color changing of her hair. She was greatful.

"No Scarlet, what me and Ashley had was strictly business. The only reason who had sex was to satisfy our sexual needs. I know there was some part deep down in Ashley that wanted me to love her as much as I did you but I didn't." Xavier rubbed Scarlets cold arm, tilting her head to look from the ground to him.

"I didn't love her but I can't say the same for her" Xavier kissed the top of Scarlets forehead before leaving the room and heading to his office on the floor below them. Scarlet silently took a shower, washing her body and warming her blood back up then dressed in the light blue shirt Xavier gave her. The shirt reached below her knees covering her completely from any eyes that should wonder past the shut door.

Scarlet made herself at home in his bed, inhaling his musky scent that felt like a drug to her. She couldn't get enough.

Laying in the bed Scarlet twirled a long strand of hair between her fingers. She'd need to cut her hair by the end of the week if it kept growing the way it was. A knock on the door interrupted her thoughts, Mary walked in "Alpha Ivanov-" she stopped her eyes rested on Scarlets calm form.

"Oh I'm sorry Scarlet, I forgot you were sleeping in Alpha Ivanov's chambers" Scarlet smiled sitting up "it's okay Mary, what did you need" Mary looked behind her, a bead of sweat forming on her eyebrow. "Um. . ." She mumbled "go on" Scarlet encouraged "well I was just coming to tell him that Luna Ashley was here to see him" Scarlets smile frown instantly.

"Luna Ashley" she fought back the bitter taste in her mouth, Mary nodded. "Yes, until your introduced as our Luna Ashley is still technology it" with a frown Scarlet looked to the ground "why is Ashley here?" Mary gave her a confused look "don't you know? Ashley comes to visit every night and often stays over" like a drum, Scarlet could feel her heartbeat slow down and the sound of loud thumping fill her ears.

"Every night?" She whispered, mary nodded "you know what, I'm going to tell Ashley to leave, goodnight Scarlet" but Scarlet hadn't heard a word of what Mary had spoken. Instead her and her wolf became pissed at the thought of Ashley visiting every night and Xavier allowing her to. And the thought that everyone still called her Luna had rage firing through Scarlets system.

She stood up from the bed disgusted, Xavier had lied to save his ass and Scarlet was so fullish to believe him. She was so fullish that her mind had ruled out the fact that his sheets smelt faintly of perfume and that she shirt she was wearing seemed to be worn down.

Scarlet stripped completely, so desperate to strip back into her worn out jeans and oversized shirt.

Scarlet felt so stupid, it was what Cliona warned her about. Falling prey to her mates charm like Cliona had fallen prey to Scarlets father.

Scarlet let out a growl, one loud enough to vibrate her room. She and her wolf were pissed.

Scarlet rushed out the door, down the stairs and out of the pack house. It took her awhile to remember her way but she did nonetheless.

Scarlet took out into a full on run down through the forest, down the steep hill and into town all while barefoot. The sun was just going down showing dark blues in the sky. Scarlet sniffed for Ashley's familiar scent, cheap perfume and vanilla.

"You bitch!" Scarlet hissed, her nailed turned into claws, her eyes turning a deep shade of blue before going black. She stopped Ashley walking down an empty street. Ashley stopped and turned to Scarlet "Sca-" again she - like everyone else this past month - was cut off but not in confusion or shock, but in pain.

Scarlets claws sliced through her check matching Xavier's but this one would heal without a scar. "It's Luna to you" Scarlet growled, her body shook in a rage she couldn't get ahold of. It scared her but she liked it, she hadn't been able to let out her rage in awhile which made it painful to bare but now, now all she felt was pleasure.

"What are you going!" Ashley cried, Scarlet only chuckled and struck her hand through Ashley's chest. She searched for a beating muscle and quickly found it, squeezing she hummed proundly. "Such a beautiful whore" she laughed "xavier isn't here to save you now" twisting her hand Scarlet watched Ashley cry in agony.

"Tell me Ashley, do you take joy in fucking other women's mates?" Blood dripped from the side of Ashley's mouth "d-d-did yo-you take j-joy in fucking s-samuel knowing x-xavier was y-yo-yours?" Scarlet clenched harder drawing another scream from Ashley "that was different I loved two people and had to choose but my main priority was to find my mother before I choose who I wanted" Scarlet hissed.

"I love Xavier" she smiled "but I can't have you meddling in relationships you shouldn't be meddling in. So I'll give you a choice" Scarlet started "stay away from Xavier and leave this pack alone or your heart won't be the only thing I sink my claws into" Scarlet released Ashley and watched her drop to the ground.

"I didn't want it to be this way but I also didn't plan on being Luna either"
