"Yeah, I might seem so strong,
Yeah, I might speak so long,
I've never been so wrong,"

I quickly stood up, trying to avoid the embarrassment. However, unsuccessfully, I managed to trip over my laces the second I took a step towards my locker...which of course cause Lucas to burst out laughing even harder, attracting the attention of everyone standing within a thirty foot radius. So basically, I was the entertainment for the morning.

"What the heck are you doing on the floor?" Lucas said while walking straight past me. Typically, I was so surprised by him actually speaking to me, that I didn't know what to say other than,

"Well, it wasn't intentional," at that comment, he strived to not laugh any more than he already was, but seemed unable to.

"Obviously," he muttered. I coughed and stood up, dusted my skirt off and opened my locker, kicking Darcy in the side.

"What was that for Darcy?" She laughed,

"The Karma Llama isn't in your favour. What can I say?" I laughed and whacked her on the head again. I brought my arm up, and checked the time.

"Eight twenty-nine," I muttered, "Oi Darcy, we have like, thirty seconds till the bell goes. We better hurry up." She unlocked her own locker and pulled out a couple of books, a bright green and red pencil case, and her iPad.

"What do you have today?" She asked.

"Umm," I looked at my timetable for Monday, "History, Science, Music, Math and Japanese. You?" She shrugged,

"Dunno and don't care." She smiled and slammed her locker shut just as the bell rang. I pulled out my own stuff and started to walk to my first class, "but I have no idea where you are going, considering we have assembly," she started walking towards the hall.

After a long and boring half an hour, the assembly ended and we all went to our first class. It was only until lunchtime that things became interesting.
