"I used to wanna be,
Living like there's only me,
But now I spend my time,
Thinking 'bout a way to get you off my mind."

"I used to run around,
Didn't want to settle down,
But now I wake each day,
Looking for a way that I can see your face."

"All I wanna be, all I ever wanna be,
Is somebody to you."

"Everybody's trying to be a billionaire
But every time I look at you I just don't care,"

"All I wanna be, all I ever wanna be,
Is somebody to you."
- The Vamps (Somebody To You)

----------

When I woke up, I saw a girl that looked like me.

"Leila?" I stirred and she rested a hand on my head.

"Yes. It will be okay, Harper," she said. I opened my eyes fully to see that Leila was glowing.

"Leila what's going on?" She smiled evilly and I felt my heart racing faster and faster. She shut her eyes, still smiling, and waited for something. What: I didn't know. The only things running through my head were Leila is glowing, where am I, what's happening and where the heck is Jayde?! I was lying down and the room around me was dark. As I was looking around, I heard Leila groan in pain. I look at her eyes to see that they were still closed. "Leila?" She opened her eyes. Her red eyes. She opened her mouth and I saw two gleaming white teeth hanging from the gum in her mouth. Fangs. She leaned forward, so close that I could feel her breath against my cheek. I turned my head away from her, and she closed in on me. I heard her mutter,

"Placet nullum dolorem." I screamed as she leant forward a little more. The second her fangs pierced my skin, I felt the blood start to rush. My organs pumped rapidly and I attempted to scream. I knew she wasn't drinking my blood, she's my sister, and that would just be gross, but she was biting me. I'm a vampire? She pulled away from the trickling blood from my neck. "Welcome to the club sis," she said. I reach my hand up to the holes, placing pressure on them to stop the gash from bleeding any more.

"Leila, what have you done?!" I got up and off the bed, and walked until my outstretched arms made contact with what I presumed to be a wall. I leant against the wall, feeling the energy pour from my bones. In every blink, an image of the veins around my neck showed, and I felt them pulse with power and blood. I faced her, hot with anger, frustration and horror, still getting over what had happened the night before, and now what had happened.

"I can't be a vampire. I can't!" Leila smiled at me.

"Apparently you can be," she started. I felt an unnatural force of anger towards Leila, and I stepped closer and closer to her.

"You shouldn't have done that," I growled. She laughed.

"Yeah? You should see what my life looks like from another perspective." I pondered what she said, and realised the meaning. Right, her secret supernatural life... "Goody-two-shoes," she muttered. I heard a click and through the darkness, saw Leila opening a door. "Hurry up, we'll be caught here," and in a flash, she's gone.

Still recovering from the sudden turn of events, and completely horrified at what had just happened, I followed Leila. Your sister just bit you and turned you into a vampire, and you decide to follow? Idiot... I saw her trail of long red hair flowing behind her and approached.
