The Mysterious Skeleton Floating Through the Fog

"All done, thanks Robin for watering the plants" Anna said walking out her room "no problem, looks like your painting is coming around nicely" Robin said admiring the painting of water 7 "thank you, now I just have to wait for it to dry" she said placing the painting down "they're enjoying themselves" Robin said looking at Usopp, Chopper, Rowen and Luffy play on the swings "at least they're happy, I'm gonna go check up on Zoro" Anna giggled walking up the nest "here you go Anna" Nami said handing Anna a glass "looks great, hand my compliments to the chef" Anna said "of course my love!" Sanji said twirling around happily as she climbed up to the nest.

"What's that?" Zoro asked as Anna sat watching him "not sure but Sanji made it so it's good" she said taking another sip from her drink before he took the glass and drank from it "hm, I guess the cook has his uses" he said handing her back her glass and looking out the window at what Usopp, chopper and Luffy were doing 'an indirect kiss, that was my first kiss...I guess it doesn't count since it wasn't on the lips but he still put what was in my mouth in his' she thought blushing her face turning red "what are those idiots doing? Hey there's something floating in the ocean" Zoro said sitting beside her and announcing to the rest of the crew "let's go check it out" Anna said getting up.

"Treasure time, treasure time, open it up and see what's inside" Luffy, Usopp and chopper sang dancing around the treasure "pity it's probably some old booze and preserved food" Nami said walking to the deck "what? You can't see inside, how do you know?" Luffy asked "because it says a treasure offering to the sea Gods, it's an old practice called barrel drifting, people pray for safe passage by making an offering to the guardian spirits of the sea" Nami explained "right, and it's common knowledge to give gods food than jewelry or money, they have no use for it since you know they're Gods" Anna said "in other words we got our hopes up for a barrel of sea trash" Usopp said "woah, who says booze is trash? Let's drink it" Zoro said getting up excited "what? No that's bad karma" Usopp said "you'll be fine just say a little prayer" Nami said.

"I pray to no god sea or otherwise" Zoro said "alcohol stored by the waves from what I hear it improves the taste" Nami said "oh yea? Let's find out" Franky said licking his lips walking to the barrel "all right, then we'll make a toast" Usopp said "after you finish they say that you're supposed to add a new offering and set it adrift again for good luck, okay?" Robin asked "who cares open up" Franky said shaking the barrel "uh hey God we're stealing your booze" Luffy prayed looking up at the sky "ha, now you're praying to god? If I remember you beat the crap out of 'god' back on skypeia" Zoro said "god or not that prayer was half assed" Anna said "prayers over here goes" Luffy laughed opening the barrel before it set something to the sky.

"Whoa what is that?" Sanji asked amazed "the booze flew in the air then it blew up" Chopper said "looks like a signal flare" Robin said as Zoro laughed "looks like the sea god didn't like you messing with his stuff" he laughed "it could just be a prank I suppose, but if it's not...perhaps we've alerted someone and they're about to come looking for us" Robin said "I have a bad feeling about today" Anna said staring at the sky as Usopp complained "a storms coming" Nami mumbled "yea" Anna said before Nami gave orders on how to move the ship.

"Ha, we made it" Nami said after escaping the storm "yea, it's nice we got outta the storm and all, but where the hell are we? It shouldn't be night yet right? Why is it so dark and what's with the fog? Strange" Zoro asked turning to Nami "this is it, we paddled the sunny straight into that sea Kokoro was talking about, jeez I wasn't ready for this" Nami said "oh so we're at fishman island already?" Usopp asked "not yet. Remember? The sea of ghosts?" Luffy said causing Anna to jump slightly at his words "that's right be careful you've heard of the Florian triangle right?" Franky asked "Florian? That's Anna dad's name" Usopp reminded "there's a resemblance, but it's all called the Devil's Triangle ships vanish without a trace" Franky said "H-h-hunted?" Usopp said scared "hey what's with-wow" Zoro said turning to Anna who was trembling scared "I think the sea is shaking, something's wrong" Anna said wobbling "it's just you" he said watching her.

"Yo-ho-ho-ho" a voice sang "what's that voice?" Anna and Usopp asked as a ship pulled up beside theirs and singing was heard "it's a ghost ship!" The crew yelled the ship towering over the sunny "we're gonna die!" Nami said in tears "I'm gonna die" Anna said falling to the ground "so can you cut ghosts?" Zoro asked drawing his sword "on the deck look" Sanji said noticing something on the ship "gather up all of the crew,  it's time to shop out Binks's brew" the skeleton sang "did you see that? There's singing skeleton on that ship" Luffy said excitedly "I can't, not anymore" Anna said passing out in tears as Luffy begged to get on the ship "listen up, were drawing straws to decide who stay here and who goes on the creepy ghost ship with Luffy" Zoro said holding out sticks "someone wake Anna up!" Usopp yelled "she's staying here, look at her she's scared she fainted" Zoro said.

"Urg, my head" Anna said waking up in Zoro arms "you're up good" Zoro said holding unto her "? Is it night?" Anna asked noticing the ghost ship "here" Robin said handing Anna a glass of water "remembering everything, I feel faint. Where's Sanji, Nami and Luffy?" Anna asked "they went on the ghost ship" Usopp said causing her to freeze "don't faint!" Zoro yelled noticing her pale expression before Sanji, Nami and Luffy got on bored the ship "it's such a pleasure to meet you, hello and good day to you all, as of today I will be joining you all on this ship as your newest crew member, once dead and all bones my name is brook I do hope we get along" brook said with a laugh "I feel faint" Anna said stumbling back "what the hell is this?!" Zoro and Franky yelled.

"My goodness what a lovely young woman, perhaps you would like to show me your panties" brook asked before Nami threw her shoe at him "that's enough sexual harassment" she yelled "what about you lovely lady, may I see your panties" brook asked turning to Anna as she fainted "ahh! Her soul left her body!" Chopper yelled shocked "why is this thing and why is it on our ship?!" Zoro asked "that's our new crew member, isn't he funny" Luffy laughed "who cares? He's not joining our crew! This is exactly why I wanted you to go with him! What the hell happened? Were you just picking your noses while he brought a skeleton back to the ship?!" Zoro asked turning to Nami and Sanji "I know we messed up" they both said "damn it Anna wake up!" He yelled shaking her awake "the world is spinning, I think I see a ghost, mama is that you? Your baby's coming" Anna said "she's going into the afterlife!" Usopp screamed.

Later

"What's going on?" Anna asked running out choppers clinic "Anna you're awake" chopper said relieved "...skeleton" she said trembling while staring at Brook "now's not the time for your issues, we've got bigger problems" Zoro said staring at island "what's that?" Anna asked "did you by any chance pick up a barrel from the waters on your way here?" Brook asked as Luffy remembered their earlier actions "yea we did" he said "it was a trap, you're all in great danger. Simply put your ship has been targeted ever since you came here" Brook said "you mean there's someone out there hunting us down?" Luffy asked.

"This is the ghost island that wanders through out these seas, they call it 'thriller bark'" Brook said "I'm gonna throw up" Anna said covering her mouth.
