My Crewmate's Pain is My Pain, Zoro Fights Prepared to Die

"Pirate hunter Zoro, shall I begin the annihilation with you?" Kuma asked towering over Zoro "this guy has no sense of honor, he saw the battle and what they went through he's just kicking them down, screw the odds we may not have powers but we can still fight so you're gonna back to deal with us" one of the spectating pirates said "drop the big talk and stay back, I'm the one he called out you heard it as well as I did, I'll give his the fight he wants, you wanna talk about honor? Then don't but in" Zoro said readying his stance "Anna!" He yelled "what?!" Anna yelled back "that barrier thing once this fight begins put it up" he said placing a sword on his left hips "don't do it Zoro it's madness in the state you're in, your bones have gotta be nothing but bones at this point" Usopp warned "if disaster stares you down you gotta step up or just get the hell outta the way, I prefer the former making excuses won't delay catastrophe, if I die here and now that's as far as I was meant to go" Zoro said attacking Kuma.

"Sea Gods shield!" Anna said placing a water shield above Zoro blocking kuma attack "thanks!" Zoro said sliding back "I'll-I'll try to keep up with his attacks but I'm not sure how long the barriers can hold" Anna said waving her hand as a barrier formed around the crew "Anna" Nami said turning to her "I think I just figured out what your ability is" Zoro said getting up "I posses the power to deflect anything I wish, you see I ate the paw paw fruit and became a paw palmed human" kuma said "how can he say that with a straight face? That's the most ridiculous devil fruit I've ever heard" Usopp said "rowen?" Anna said turning to the injured lion cub "I'm not claiming u know much about these 7 warlords but if his power is kitten hands what are we worried about?" Franky asked before getting attacked by Kuma "ah, it broke through my barrier" Anna said in disbelief as the water barrier collapsed.

"Franky! No!" Chopper said running to the cyborg "were in trouble now he hit Franky head on and blew him away" Usopp said "what kind of move was that?" Nami asked amazed "it's just a theory but perhaps he's deflecting the air itself a normal physical attack wouldn't have affected Franky like that" Robin said "I call it the pad cannon, I simply deflect air pressure at light speed and it creates a shockwave that can pierce through anything" Kuma explained readying for another attack "you ready to go again?!" Zoro asked putting his sword in his mouth "you ask like I have a choice!" Anna said creating a seat of water for Zoro to fall back on "you are quite the bother princess, I was told not to kill you but it should be fine if I make you unconscious" Kuma said standing directly in front of her "No! I'm your opponent leave her!" Zoro said struggling to move "get away from her!" Sanji said kicking Kuma on the head before falling to the ground his ankle hurt "where was I?" Kuma said placing his hand on Anna as a paw print formed on her and she was blown away.

After

"It hurts" Nami said sitting up clenching her shoulder "this is awesome my body feels as good as new I wonder why" Luffy said happily "Zoro" Anna said picking up all three of Zoro swords in tears "where's Sanji going to?" Nami asked "...I'll go with him" Anna said following the cook "where the hell did all this blood come from? Hey where's the warlord?" Sanji asked running to Zoro "what happened here? Nothing at all" Zoro said injured "s-so what I saw was right" Anna said walking down some rocks to the two "Anna" Sanji said watching her cup Zoro cheek "let's get him to chopper anymore blood loss and he could die" she said as Sanji picked up the swordsman.

"Is he alright chopper?" Anna asked as chopper bandaged Zoro "he'll be fine, I've never seen Zoro this injured" chopper said as Luffy and Franky entered the building "how's Zoro doing?" Luffy asked "I've never seen him in such conditions before he was teetering on the edge of death. It's bizarre something happened while we were passed out, he was injured before but not like this" chopper said as Robin and Usopp walked up to him "it is strange and it's even stranger that Kuma the tyrant would just up and leave" Robin said "and speaking of strange stuff why is Luffy so energetic" Usopp asked "you wanna know what happened? Then look no further. We saw the whole thing from start to finish" the risky brothers both said before Sanji dragged them away "Sanji?" Luffy asked looking at their cook walk out the building "...how about you guys prep the ingredients to make things easier for Sanji" Anna suggested "sure!" Usopp said.

"They haven't even opened the booze yet and they're already loosing their mind, it's as loud as a battle field and he's still sleeping" chopper said eating some cake "that's about normal I've seen him sleep through typhoons" Nami said "hey chopper here, it's Zoro portion" Luffy said walking up to the group with a barrel of alcohol "back off!" Nami yelled hitting him "Zoro loves booze it's gonna help him feel better" Luffy said "he needs medicine not booze!" Chopper said "how about meat that's a medicine" Luffy asked "no not quite your concern will just have to be enough" chopper said as the piano began playing "hear that concern only" Anna giggled "huh? I didn't notice there was a piano in this room" Luffy said listening to the music.

Two days later

"Damn it Anna you can't take that much!" Nami said as Anna divided the money "oh calm down Nami you have some, I have some and the rest is the other's allowance" Anna said as the rest of the crew talked "I hope the mermaid will be so kind as to show me their panties" Brook said "hey man don't be dumb about what you're saying! Mermaids don't wear any panties" one of the risky brothers said causing Sanji and Brook to get nosebleeds "I kinda fear for Sanji life when we get to fish man island" Anna said packing up her gold watching "why do you guys know so much about fish man island?" Usopp asked "well a couple years back before we got stuck in this hell hole we took a trip there, you are gonna love it" a pirate said "wow Lola, I didn't know you guys went there already" Nami said amazed "we didn't go there you big silly we came from there in the first place, my mama is a pirate just like me ya know" Lola said handing Nami her mama vivre card.

"Huh, I guess when we get to the new world I'll need to have a vivre card made for you Zoro" Anna said after Lola explained what the card was "? Why me?" Zoro asked "so I know when you're near death" She said "you wanna catch a case so bad" Zoro said "you're the one who wants to argue so bad" she said rolling her eyes walking into her room with Rowen following behind her.
