Landing! The Burning Island, Punk Hazard

"Let's go!" Luffy yelled as the ship sailed across a storm "am I the only one seeing that?" Anna asked noticing the sea burning "the sea it's on fire!" Nami said shocked "how fascinating" Robin said "that island looks awesome let's go!" Luffy yelled excited for what next "wait up Luffy! I thought so none of the needles on the log pose is pointing to that place" Nami said "it clearly looks like an island" Anna said "it's volcano time!" Luffy yelled "it's not gonna work!" Nami yelled "what doesn't work? It's got lava and fire the only thing missing is us on it!" Luffy yelled "none of the needles are pointing there something's up! Even for the new world this island is bad news" Nami said "that's not what the volcano says, the island is right there who cares about some dumb needles, who's gonna stop us!" Luffy said.

"The fire! We can't get any closer than this the sea is literally burning, what's so funny?!" Nami asked noticing his grin "Luffy if we get any closer something bad could happen, how about we observe from a distance first then we'll discuss if we go on the island" Anna said as his excitement calmed "thanks Anna" Nami said relieved "hungry? I could try some of pan fry special techniques and cook it in the fire" Sanji asked pulling out a giant clam "yea sure and cook all of us with it!" Chopper said "spark?" Robin said noticing sparks reach the ship "it's gonna burn the sunny" Usopp said "no way you supper underestimate the place" Franky said "there's something wrong about this place, the fish's are dead they're bones" Nami said "and what's wrong with bones?" Brook asked as Nami groaned before hearing crying from the transponder snail "hey this is weird they don't normally cry, what's wrong buddy does your stomach hurt?" Luffy asked running to the snail worried "no that's a distress signal someone close by is calling for help" Sanji informed as Robin tried to stop him.

"Hello my name is monkey D. Luffy and I'm gonna be king of the pirates!" Luffy said picking up the call "he gave them his name too" Anna said walking to him as Usopp hit him "someone help! Please it's cold! We need boss! My friends are getting cut down one after another the samurai is gonna kill us! We're on the island of punk hazard" The transponder snail cried as the person behind it got cut down "ahhh! He's dead!" Chopper and Usopp cried "hmm smells like trouble is brewing out there" Luffy said "maybe it's a trap" Robin suggested "that was not a trap, I heard the blade cutting his flesh" Anna said "so cold! Oh yes so cold!" Brook said playing his guitar "a samurai is a swordsman right Brook?" Zoro asked "yes from a far away land an island known as the kingdom of wano, wano is closed off from the rest of the world so most people know little about it in fact it's not even affiliated with the world government. They say their samurai are formidable and even the navy dares not challenge them" Brook said "their culture is beautiful though we should definitely go visit whenever we have the chance" Anna said "you've been there?" Robin asked "I am a princess after all, there are thousands of countries I've been to" Anna said "I've never even heard of the place" Usopp said "he said punk hazard not the place with the samurai, you think that's it right there?" Franky asked staring out to the flaming island "I think that's a logical conclusion, those portable transponder snail have a limited signal area" Robin said "cmon fight through the fire and help him!" Luffy laughed happily as Nami, chopper, Usopp and Brook panicked "but the guy said where he was is snowy, I don't think it's this island" Anna said stopping them "who cares let's go!" Luffy said.

"So how many of us is going to the island? Since we don't know what the hell is going on we should keep a few people in the ship" Sanji said "hey Franky I need the mini merry" Luffy said as the shipwright agreed "are you nuts you are not going alone" Nami said "if you wanna come just say so" Luffy said "no way if we let you go unsupervised it could take us days to hunt you down!" Nami said "too bad, captain belly warmer will only get him more lost" Sanji said as he and Zoro began to argue "we need someone sane, but not stupid to the point Luffy gets enabled to do something" Anna said "we'll draw straws, that way no one will complain" Nami said holding up some straws "I'm going?" Anna said surprised.

"Take this, it's a giant shellfish lunchbox" Sanji said handing Luffy a lunchbox as Nami made a road of clouds over the cloud. "I fear ill evaporate" Anna said cleaning her sweat "look I see the entrance to the island, they've got a gate and everything wonder if there are people on the island" Luffy said excitedly "not likely whoever lived here before got burned to a crisp, if there's a town here it's on fire, Robin back me up" Usopp said "I was skeptical at first but this shellfish is delicious, the flavor is great" Robin said "why is everyone eating their lunch right now?!" Usopp yelled watching Robin feed Luffy "I'm so hot" Anna groaned fanning herself "here" Zoro said giving her some water to drink "so here's the thing, I have can't go on this island disease and it's terminal" Usopp said "i know" the four said staring at him unfazed.

"Well that settles it, this is where the call came from" Robin said standing in front of a gate that had the sign 'punk hazard' "yup he said punk hazard for sure" Usopp said "he also said it was snowy" Anna said "how curious seems the island is off limits" Robin said "yea look, Luffy see that?" Usopp said pointing at a board "yea? I love danger" Luffy said "not that, the world government mark they're running this place so whoever called for help is a marine meaning it's a trap" Usopp said as Zoro cut the gate "well that was easy" Luffy said walking through the gate "wait! Trespassing is a crime are you sure you wanna do this?! Wait we're already pirates" Usopp said complaining "I don't think I've sweat this much in my life" Anna said cleaning her sweat "you are wearing long sleeves" Zoro said.

"This is stupid why is it so hot?" Luffy asked "I'm guessing it's because of all the fire" Zoro said "I doubt it's always been this way since the government built a fence here, something must have happened but what?" Robin said reaching a ledge "it's not so bad, those aren't houses clearly they're some sort of governor research facility" Robin said "so you think a volcano did this?" Zoro asked "highly doubt that, if a volcano did this there would be ashes this looks like a devil fruit power or some natural disaster" Anna said cleaning her sweat "hey! Did that samurai kill you! If your not dead yet say so" Luffy yelled getting down the ledge "I need to repent cause I can't make it in hell" Anna said cleaning her sweat "hey samurai! Wanna fight?!" Luffy called out "he's a killer he's gonna kill us too" Usopp said eating "now you have an appetite?" Zoro asked "this is stress eating thank you! There's something about this that's fishy, the guy who made the distress call said it was cold didn't he?" Usopp said "that's what I've been thinking" Anna said "how can it be cold and on fire? Maybe he's stupid" Luffy asked "can there be a cold place on a burning island? Or perhaps he was cold because he was bleeding to death" Robin suggested "I have a good idea on what this island is but I'd like to check the island out a bit more before announcing it" Anna said hearing sounds.

"What the heck?" Luffy asked hearing strange noises "what was that? Why are there scary noises?!" Usopp said eating seeing a skull "it's a giant!" He yelled "you think that's what's causing all the wind?" Robin asked as a dragon appeared behind them "oh wow those things are real? Crazy?" Luffy said shocked "no way whatever this is it must be a trick, those things are only in fairy tales" Zoro said putting his hand on his sword "and yet look at it what else could it possible be" Robin said shocked "how? a dragon" Anna said staring up at the beast shocked.
