Epilogue

Lisa's POV:

I lay on the small bed of the hospital and smile at my doctor, I'm so excited today. My husband and I are here to for review and to know the gender of our baby.

"Do you want a girl or a boy?" Doctor Charity questions us and I look over at Joshua who's now holding my hand.

"Girl." He answers and I shake my head.

"Boy." I answer and Dr Charity smiles.

"Well.. we're going to find out soon." She states and I nod my head.

"I want a boy who'll look exactly like his Dad." I explain, "everything like you babe." I say to Joshua and he chuckles.

I love his laugh so much.

"Same here. I want a girl who'll look exactly like her Mom. I'm sure she'll be the most beautiful girl on earth, just like her Mom." He says and I blush. Hard.

"Let's find out then." The doctor says as she puts the transducer on my tummy. The pregnancy is now 20 weeks. Yeah, now I have a visible belly bumb.

"Look there." The doctor instructs and I look at the ultrasound.

"Woah.." Joshua exclaims.

I don't even know how to explain it, it's not one but two? Yes, two foetus. Does it mean?

"Yes." The doctor answers my thoughts with a bright smile. "You're going to have twins actually, a boy and a girl." She adds and my eyes widens.

Woah. Twins? Wow, this is really amazing. The first child I lost is coming back to me.

"Both the babies' growths are perfectly okay, and I suggest you stop stressing yourself, exercise everyday, eat healthy and have enough sleep." She says and I nod.

"Don't worry doctor, I'll take good care of her and the babies." Joshua says as he kisses my temples.

"Good. Stay hydrated too." She adds and I nod.

"I will." I answer with a smile.

"Call me when you need help." She says and we nod.

Joshua helps me up, I grab my purse and he wraps his arm around my waist. We walk out of the hospital smiling and talking. This news is so exciting to the both of us.

"I want chips and sausage. Chicken too." I tell my husband and he nods as we sit in the car and he starts the engine.

"You should be eating fruits and vegetables though."

"No thank you." He looks at me in disbelief. "I mean yes, but not like every time. The babies are craving for chips, so we're going for that."

"Really? So now you'll be using the babies against me?" He chuckles and I do the same.

"Maybe? We listen to what they're saying after all." I shrug.

"What are we going to name them?" He asks, as if deep in thoughts.

"Uh.. I don't know. What do you think we should name them?" I ask.

"Not sure too. But we still have time to think about it."

"Yeah."

"There's Madison and Mason, Addison and Aiden, Emily and Evans, Emma and Ryan." Gina says, and I watch her, shoving a handful of chips in my mouth.

We're home now with the twins who are excited too about the news, and they're helping us with the names.

"I like Addison and Aiden." I say and Joshua shakes head.
