Lisa's POV:

Who have thought this day would finally come. The day which nobody even imagined. The day which everyone would sit in that hall and patiently wait for the bride to arrive. It's finally here, my wedding day.

The happiest day of my life. In just a few hours, the whole world will address me as Joshua's wife.

"Okay.." I sigh as I look at my reflection in the mirror, "Melissa? Can you please call Joshua for me?" I ask my sister who's looking so gorgeous right now.

"Why? Wait a minute.." She chuckles as she squeezes my hand, "let me guess..  you think he'll not show up today?" She asks and I gulp.

"Kind of." I admit and she bursts into laughter. "It's not funny Melissa, I don't know but something is telling me that Samantha has kidnapped him."

"What? Maybe, who knows?"

"Melissa.." I warn her and she laughs again.

"Don't worry! Joshua would never do that to you, I mean it's he's wedding too.. and he wants you to be in his life forever. Trust me and just smile." She smiles and I nod.

She's right. Joshua changed so much for me and no matter what, he would never do anything to hurt me. I'm certain about that.

"Do you think Mom and Dad would be happy to see their lovely daughter like this on her big day?" Melissa states and I smile genuinely at her.

Lovely daughter. Thanks for the sweet words Melissa. I love her so much.

"Yeah, you're right." My smile becomes wider as the faces of my parents appears in my mind.

A soft knock on the door brings me back to reality as Kelvin and Ashley walks looking all lovely and happy.

"Kelvin.." I stand up and wait for him to talk.

"Woah..!" Kelvin exclaims, "Trina, that dress is on point. I'm so proud to be your secretary. The whole world is going to talk about it."

"You're right babe," Ashley agrees with her fiancée, "Miss Trina, you really look so gorgeous and trust me, everyone is going to be amazed."

"Thank you, Ashley." I smile at her and she smiles back.

"Okay, the car is ready." Kelvin informs and I nod taking Melissa's hand into mine before walking to the car outside.
...

Joshua's POV:

"Perfect." My stupid best friend states as I finish adjusting my tie.

"What?" I scoff and he rolls his eyes.

"I can't believe that you, Joshua my fucking beloved best friend and a womanizer like yourself, would be the first one to get married.. and to someone like Trina a-"

"I'm not interested." I cut him off and he attempts to put his hand on my shoulder but I stop him.

"What if she decides that she doesn't want to marry you anymore?" He smirks and I gulp. Hard.

She would never do that. Would she?

"Why do you say that?" I raise a brow at him.

"I don't know but things like this always happen and-"

He stops talking as I proceed to walk outside and he quickly follows behind me.

"Wow brother, I'm quite impressed." Gina tightly wraps her thin arms around me and I smile at Gianna who's waiting for her twin so that it can also be her turn.

"I must say, you look really handsome. Trina is going to be impressed." Gianna says.

The twins are already dressed as bridesmaids and I'm extremely happy to see them now.
