A/N: Although part two does not have 1K reads I decided to publish this anyways. Please comment with feedback or anything. Thanks!

The next day Harry got on the phone with his doctor. His doctor gave him a referral to a psychologist, but not a psychiatrist. Harry was a bit frustrated. He knew that pills don't fix everything, and he'd never intended use them with that mindset. He just knew that fixing this would take some time, and while he was willing to work on fixing this he felt that he needed something sooner. He knew that therapy took a while before it made a significant difference.

"Well Harry" the doctor said in a stern voice, "I would like to refrain from recommending you to a psychiatrist at the moment. To be honest I wouldn't feel comfortable with you being on psychiatric drugs without seeing a doctor in person none the less without seeing a psychologist first. I think I'll leave it up to the psychologist to recommend you to a psychiatrist if they find fit."

Harry let out a brief huff, but accepted the doctor's decision. After checking what his schedule looked like with Paul he made his appointment for the following week via skype. As his call with the receptionist was coming to an end she asked if he had any other questions. After a few seconds Harry asked about how the first appointment would go. He was told that it was just going to be the psychologist asking general information and possibly briefly discussing his current issues. Harry ended the call with a thank you and that was that.

Over the next few days Harry felt a constant underlying feeling of worry due to the upcoming appointment. He tried to keep busy, but he knew what he had to do. One night after a show Harry and Niall went back to the hotel room while the others were out for a night on the town. This gave Harry the opportunity to ask Niall to accompany him to his appointment.

"Umm I don't know Harry" Niall says contemplating whether he should or shouldn't go.

"What? I thought you were goi-" Harry said outraged when Niall cut him off.

"You twat can't even let me finish my damn sentence" Niall said playfully giving Harry a big smile, but soon became serious "I'm just concerned that you may not be completely honest if I'm there you know?" Harry nodded his head. "How about this I'll go if you promise to be completely honest to the therapist okay? And remember you can ask me to leave, and come back during parts okay?"

"Okay" Harry said with a serious nod.

When the day finally came the boys woke up early due to the time difference. Paul bus was used for the session while Paul started his work a bit earlier than usual. The boys placed the laptop on the table as the two sat practically on top each other on the couch. Harry grabbed Niall's hand as the incoming call tone from skype filled the room. Niall clicked accept call on the screen as Harry was a little too overwhelmed.

"Hello I'm Dr. Watson" she said with a smile.

"Hi I'm Harry Styles nice to meet you Dr. Watson".

Dr. Watson smiled "Hello Harry" as she scanned the computer screen she noticed a second boy "oh and who might this be?" as she asks referring to Niall.

"Oh hello sorry I'm Niall Horan nice to meet you Dr. Watson" Niall said uneasily and gave a little wave.

"Nice to meet you Niall" Dr. Watson said with a smile. Dr. Watson turned her attention back to Harry "Harry is there a reason you asked Niall to join us today? Dr. Watson asked in the kindest tone possible. "I usually don't allow anyone else in the session besides the patient. Well unless that other person is there for the patient's progression in therapy."

"Oh um I'm sorry I just asked Niall to join me today, because I'm well nervous about all of this. We've already discussed that I'll be completely honest. If I don't feel comfortable sharing information with him here then he'll leave, and I can ask for him back when I want." Harry said nervously, "I don't intend every session to go like this, but I would feel better with Niall being here at least for the first time."
