"𝐍𝐨" 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐚𝐢𝐝.

I felt my heart drop and my eyes fill up with tears, i really thought we had something i thought she liked me back. I feel the tears begin to stroll down my face as she looks into my eyes.

"I'm sorry" She laughs.
"Huh, why are you laughing" I asked genuinely confused.
"I was just messing with you, Billie of course i'll be your girlfriend are you kidding me". She says finally grabbing my hand back.
"Holy shit Madeline don't do that you scared the fucking shit out of me" I finally laughed with her while wiping the tears of my face.
"I'm really sorry, i just had to see your face" She says now rolling around of the blanket with laughter.

When we have both finally stopped laughing i look at her and then my eyes flick down to her lips and hers do the same to mine.
"You gonna keep staring at me or actually come over here and kiss me" I say grinning.
She crawls over to me and we share a passionate kiss, it was short and sweet we both look into each others eyes and start giggling.
"I still can't believe you did that to me" I said giving her a slight shove.
"I just had to i'm sorry, i had to see your face" She says back still laughing with me.
"Well you're my girlfriend now so it's okay,but still it wasn't funny" I said finally said calming down. "Want to set off back home it's getting pretty late" I ask.
"Yeah, let's go" She replies grabbing my hand helping me up.

We packed up all the stuff and put it on the trunk of the car and started driving back to my apartment, We just say it's our apartment now because Madeline basically lives with me as-well.
When we arrive back to the apartment i set the things down from the beach in the living room and say hello to shark, Madeline takes of her shoes and tells me she going for a quick shower. I decided i would make us some popcorn and get some snacks from the pantry and set up a movie night for us, i feel like this is the best way to end the night.

Madeline finishes up in the showers and walks out the bed room in one of my old baggy t-shirts and some shorts she left here not that long ago, we sit down on the couch and i light a candle. This was the happiest i have ever been in life i'm with my girlfriend and my dog and it's just us against the world nothing could go wrong right?
We cuddled up on the couch Madeline in-front of my and shark in-front her her and i was stroking her hair not long later i hear soft snores coming from her mouth and look over to see her mouth slightly open and eyes shut, i kiss the top of her head and turn the tv down slightly and close my eyes.
