Madeline put her phone down and went to make herself a cup of water. She lived alone in a little apartment in downtown LA, her best friend Ivy lived in the next city. They went to the same middle school but they were totally different people, Madeline was the quiet girl, she didn't care about having a big group of friends but Ivy on the other hand, loved having a group of friends. Madeline would always be her favourite.
She placed down her cup and scrolled on tiktok for a while until, her phone pinged and she saw it was a message from ivy.

Madeline finished her drink and put the cup in the sink she then went and sat down on the couch and waited for Ivy to arrive.
And just like that, 10 minutes later there was a knock at the door. Madeline got up and answered it. As soon as she opened it she was greeted with a smiling Ivy. "Hiiii" Ivy said as she entered the apartment. "Hey girl! Come, let's put a movie on" Madeline exclaimed as she lead Ivy to the living room.
As the movie came to its end, Ivy turned to Madeline, laughed and said "imagine how funny it would be if Billie ever noticed your fan account" "A girl can dream" Madeline laughed. "well i don't know about you but i have a feeling she will" Ivy stated with a grin. "I guess we will just have to wait and see" she shrugged as she got off of the sofa "I'm going to bed now, are you coming or do you want to stay up longer?" "I'm going to stay up longer but you can go to bed now if you want, i'll just crash on the couch, Goodnight." Ivy smiled.
Madeline said goodnight and went straight to bed .
