Chapter 24:
Spencer's P.O.V:
"Hello, this is Spencer Cavanaugh." I answered the phone to the Rosewood police station.
"Hello, this is Officer Lawrence, from the Rosewood Police Department, calling regarding your daughter Lillian Cavanaugh. She was found in an ally in the middle of town."
"Is she alright?"
"She was beaten up pretty badly. They're sending her to the hospital right now."
"Do you know who did it?" They could tell me right now who A is.
"There were no witnesses, at least none that are speaking up. I'm really sorry."
"Thank you. I think I should be going to the hospital now. My baby needs me. I should also tell my husband the news."
"Alright see you around." With that we both hung up.
I went running to my car and dialed Toby's number at the same time.
"Hey Spence, what's up?" Toby answered his phone.
"Meet me at the hospital. Lily was beat up and I'm pretty sure that it was A. She was found in an ally and a police officer just called me. Please just meet me."
"Shit." He said under his breath. "I'll be there in five."
I wonder what the shit was for.
