{Levi's POV}

We were minutes from the Inner City and I could feel myself growing antsy. I was about to come face to face with the strongest soldiers known to man, besides Mercy of course.

"So... what's the plan?" Connie asked as he rode up beside me. Civilians were running against us and my guard instantly went up.
I knew I'd be riding into a blood bath.
"How many times do we have to go over this, pea brain?" Jean groaned from my other side.
Mikasa quickened her pace and came to the side of Connie, the wind whipping her hair.
"We find the super soldiers and eliminate them by any means necessary without letting any civilians get in the way," she said loud enough to be heard over the wind. "If the super soldiers are Underground we go Underground. If they-"
"Are above ground we fight them above ground, got it," Connie sighed. "It's just... such a loose plan. I figured we'd have more details and-"
"Connie, this is as detailed as we're going to get with this short of notice," Sasha called and Armin sighed.
"Guys," he began, "We've had weeks to plan it's just that... now we have to expedite the plan and-"
"Boring!" Connie chuckled. "I don't care about your long drawn out-"
"Shut it!" I yelled at them all and their chatter quickly came to a stop. "Focus, you guys."
They all nodded and got back in line as we rode on, and within minutes we went through the Inner City gate.

    It was utter chaos

It was utter chaos.
Civilians were running every which direction, some from the Inner City with their prissy attire and snooty faces and some from the Underground with their tattered, disheveled clothes.
The air smelled of mildew and blood.
They scurried around us like rats as we sat atop our horses, but it didn't take long to spot the super soldiers.
Most of them wore all black suits with breathing masks over their heads, just like the ones Mercy had killed when her and I were underground.
The rest were regularly built men with masks over half their face, just like Ed.
