In this era — people's behaviour is different, more violent but mostly annoying. The behaviour of people in this era definitely can be described as different. In comparison to the modern world, people in this era are often more rude, and selfish. Additionally, their values and beliefs may seem strange or even primitive to someone from the present day.
The Roaring Twenties was a period of great cultural change and social upheaval in many countries around the world. During this time, there was a boom in industrial production, new technologies were created, and people were exposed to new ideas and ways of life. This led to a lot of experimentation and social rebellion, which often manifest as 'drastic measure'.
However, it's important to remember that this is just their way of life and it's not necessarily a bad thing. It can be challenging to get used to the behaviour of the people in this era, but please, you have to understand that they are just trying to survive in their own unique way.

One day she too would leave, just like how bricks crumble and feathers fly away. For now, she kept her head down, surviving on the harsh and unforgiving realities of the world. The path ahead was filled with challenges, hurdles, and hardships that she had to face head on if she was to make it. she had to be strong despite the pain and suffering, or else she would get broken down and trampled. She had to keep her head down and focus on the present moment, on surviving.
The moment was coming towards, but not yet. In the present, the situation was not ideal but it is all she has at the moment, the moment before to leave, the day to part ways, it would come slowly, everything is temporary. That is the nature of life, of existence, things come and go, and everything is ephemeral. Time is relentless, and its passing is inevitable. Nothing lasts forever, nothing remains the same for long. The continues of change, and Vertin too, knows this. Now, each passing moment, each day, brings her closer to the time when she has to leave, when she has to let go, and when she has to say goodbye..
However, she does so because she knows better, she has seen and gone through too much to believe in hope or believe in something better. She knows that the pain and hurt always remains as a shadow on her heart, a shadow that will never go away, that will haunt her forever. The beginning of a great story often starts in the quietest, and most obscure corners, often without any warning or acknowledgment, because it is the starting point for the story. But did it prove to be the same after the fact? No one would expect to have their back to a snake spitting its tongue at them.
Indeed, the curiosity and fear of the unknown often make people do unreasonable things. The outcome is evident, obviously apparent, but at the start of the story, many believed the world on the other side of the wall to be better, brighter, and more full of hope. The answer was a resounding number, it was the lure, it promised the wonders beyond, a place of happiness and joy. that there was something more to it, but they were gravely mistaken. As the story unfolds, the harsh realities start to unfold as well, revealing the darkness that lies beneath.
