-Start of Chapter 80-

The night sky stretches wide above us, a blanket of stars twinkling like a thousand tiny dreams. We're sitting on the edge of a hill overlooking the city, the skyline shimmering with light as if the universe spilled its jewels below. It's quiet here, save for the occasional rustle of leaves and the soft hum of the wind.

Soobin had brought me here, saying he knew a place where we could breathe, just the two of us, away from everything. And he was right.

I sit cross-legged on the picnic blanket he spread out, my phone in hand, scrolling through an endless stream of tweets, posts, and comments. It's been hours since the concert ended, but the internet hasn't stopped buzzing.

"Look at this one," I say, turning my phone toward him. "'Soobin really went and found himself the prettiest girl in the universe.'" I smirk, nudging his arm. "Guess you have good taste. I tease.

He laughs softly, leaning back on his hands. "I mean, they're not wrong."

I roll my eyes but can't hide my grin as I keep scrolling. For every positive comment, there's a sprinkling of negativity. Haters saying I'm not good enough, that Soobin deserves better, that this will ruin his career.

But tonight, their words don't sting.

Instead, the overwhelming love and acceptance from the fans make my chest feel warm. The hashtags supporting us are trending worldwide. People are making edits of us, quoting Soobin's words from the concert, sharing pictures of my shy wave and Hana's ridiculous enthusiasm.

I let out a small, disbelieving laugh, shaking my head. "We did it."

Soobin turns to me, eyebrows raised. "Did what?"

I set my phone down and look at him, my smile widening. "We did it, Soobin. We made it through everything. They're happy for us—for real this time."

He studies me for a moment, the corner of his lips tugging upward into that smile that makes my heart skip a beat.

Slowly, he leans in, cupping my face with his hands. His thumb brushes gently against my cheek as he presses his lips to mine.

The kiss is soft, like the night around us, but it carries a weight of everything we've been through—all the late nights, the stolen moments, the battles fought silently and publicly.

When he pulls away, his forehead rests against mine, and his voice is low, almost a whisper. "You're acting like our story ended."

I blink, confused for a second, until he smiles again, his eyes twinkling like the stars above.

"It's just beginning." he says. "From now on, we're in this..."

"Together" I whisper

"Together" he echoes back.

And as I lean against his shoulder, staring out at the glittering city below, I realize he's right. This is just the beginning. Of us, of everything.

The future is waiting, and for the first time in forever, it feels like we're ready for it.

Together.
