~your welcomeeee~
-Start of Chapter 75-
My gaze shifts to Soobin, who's slumped over the table, his arms folded beneath him as he sleeps soundly. His chest rises and falls with each steady breath, and despite myself, I feel a small smile tug at my lips.
Quietly, I walk over and pull out a chair in front of him, sitting down to get a closer look. The dim lighting softens his features, but there's still a gentle pink tint to his cheeks, evidence of the drinks he's had. His lips are slightly parted, pouty and flushed, and his hair falls messily over his forehead.
I can't help myself. Reaching out, I gently brush a strand of hair away from his face, my fingers grazing his warm skin.
He stirs, mumbling something incoherent before lifting his head slightly. His eyes blink open, unfocused and bleary as they search for me. "Y/N?" he murmurs, his voice low and thick with sleep and alcohol.
"Mmh," I hum softly, my heart melting at how utterly adorable he looks. "Yeah, Soobin. Come on, let's get you up before you fall asleep here completely. I've called a cab, okay?"
He shakes his head lazily, resting his chin back on his arms. "Don't wanna gooo," he mumbles, his voice dragging in a way that makes me stifle a laugh. "Wanna stay with you..."
I feel my cheeks warm, and I clear my throat, trying to sound firm despite the fluttering in my chest. "You can stay with me, silly. But we need to leave this place first, alright?"
He groans softly, as if the effort to move is too much, but I catch the faintest smile tugging at the corners of his lips.
Soobin shifts in his seat, groggily pushing himself upright. He wobbles unsteadily, and I instinctively reach out, my hand gripping his arm to steady him.
"Soobin," I sigh, half amused, half concerned. "You need to stand properly, okay? I can't carry you, you know."
He blinks down at me, a lazy smile spreading across his lips. "S'okay... I'll walk," he slurs, but when he takes a step, his balance falters.
I quickly grab his hand, intertwining my fingers with his to keep him steady. "Alright, big guy, let's just focus on not wandering off, okay?"
He doesn't reply, just hums in agreement, his grip on my hand surprisingly gentle despite his drunken state. I lead him carefully out of the restaurant, keeping a firm hold on him the entire way.
When the cab arrives, I open the door and guide him in, carefully settling him in one corner of the back seat. He's still dazed, blinking sleepily at me as I walk around to the other side.
Sliding into the middle seat, I glance over at him to make sure he's okay. He's already leaning toward me, his head finding its way to my shoulder as his breathing evens out.
I smile softly, my heart swelling at how peaceful he looks. His weight against me feels comforting rather than heavy, and without thinking, I rest my head gently against his.
The faint smell of his cologne lingers, warm and familiar, and it makes me smile.

The cab pulls up outside my house, and I nudge Soobin gently. "Hey, wake up. We're here."
