Meanwhile, Jungkook slid into the back of the sleek black car waiting outside their home, his demeanor shifting instantly. The warmth of the morning with his brothers seemed to dissipate around him as he assumed a cold, calculating air. His presence in the car was completely different—sharp, dangerous, and authoritative. Beside him, two other men in dark suits sat, their posture rigid with respect. They immediately greeted him as he entered, their voices cautious yet loyal.

Jungkook: “Is RM hyung there?” His voice was a low, commanding tone, carrying an undertone of something more unsettling.

The men’s response was immediate, their respect palpable.

Men: “Yes, Sir.” They stiffened slightly at the tone of his question.

Jungkook gave a subtle nod, his fingers pulling out his phone as his eyes narrowed slightly, sending a quick but urgent message to Yoongi. He didn’t need to say much. Yoongi would understand If he is in the mood to.

The ride continued in tense silence, the quiet hum of the car adding to the suffocating stillness inside. As they approached the massive mansion, Jungkook took a moment to look out the window, his thoughts as guarded as the walls surrounding them.

When the car finally came to a stop in front of the towering gates, Jungkook paused before stepping out. He adjusted the sleeves of his coat, a final movement to ground himself in the role he had to play. The second his feet hit the gravel, the atmosphere changed, and a dozen men, all dressed in black and armed with handguns, followed him in perfect formation. They moved silently, but there was no mistaking the lethal energy that surrounded them. They were a well-trained force, always on alert.

As they neared the entrance of the mansion, the sharp, echoing sound of gunshots met their ears. Jungkook halted, his eyes scanning the distant silhouette of the mansion’s training grounds beyond the gates. His gaze was calculating, and without needing to speak, he tilted his head toward one of the men.

The man understood immediately, stepping forward to answer the unspoken question.

Men: “He’s been practicing since four in the morning, sir.” His tone was matter-of-fact, but there was an edge to it, a hint of respect and fear  for the man they were all about to face.

Jungkook nodded once as continued walking toward the mansion, his steps measured and confident. The men behind him were silent, but their presence was unmistakable.

As Jungkook entered the mansion, half of the guards stayed outside the gate, maintaining their post, while the rest followed him inside, their movements synchronized and efficient. Jungkook’s steps echoed in the grand hall as his eyes scanned the area, expecting to see a familiar, annoyed face—likely Jin or J-Hope, judging by the racket of gunshots. But to his surprise, the hall was empty. No one was in sight.

Without a second thought, he motioned for his men to follow him toward the back of the mansion, the source of the continuous gunfire. As they approached, the unmistakable sound of a bullet striking its target grew louder, cutting through the silence that had otherwise filled the air.
