Leona's words in the war shook the world.

The transmission, which works with the only snailphone in the war, which was intercepted by Buggy's pirates, perfectly captured the moment of Leona's little speech.

The Navy will still have time to curse the day they let everyone see it.

Crowds of people, in different corners of the world, stood staring at the monitors showing the transmission.

The image blurred slightly, because the person holding the snailphone shook it. For a moment the ground was visible, and after a moment it was pointed upwards again, first at Buggy who was making his speech.

After a moment, however, after Akainu had rained magma onto the battlefield, the camera was pointed at Leona.

She could be seen quite clearly. No longer dressed in her Marine uniform, her short black hair fell to her shoulders, fluffed by the wind.

"Funny that you're the one talking about betrayal, right after you abandoned and sentenced your men to death in front of everyone."

Her voice rang out loud and clear through the speakers around the world as Akainu answered.

The people stood in silence, watching what was happening, listening to Leona's words.

"You can stop humiliating yourself, your actions say it all. You abandoned your people to a senseless death that would have achieved nothing. It's one thing to die with honor in combat, and another to be sentenced to it" she said confidently, calmly. "But what's there to be surprised about, after all, the Navy is like that, right? That's how they treat their people. They don't value anyone's life, they exploit us as much as they can, and when they've used us up, they abandon us and get rid of us, after all, a spoiled child no longer needs used toys. "

Maybe her words wouldn't have had such power if she wasn't who she was. And she was someone.

Leona was famous, she was a role model, she was a genius of her generation. Children played, impersonating her. Everyone knew her, whether out of admiration or fear.

People no longer wondered if she would become Admiral, they wondered when. Well, at least that was the case until her mutiny.

"People aren't as stupid as you think they are, they see what's going on."

And that was all she said. It was still too much for the world.

Her words didn't go unnoticed. At first, there was silence. It seemed that there wouldn't be a problem after all.

But it was the calm before the storm.

They realized too late how powerful her words were.

Day by day, more and more people from the Navy resigned or mysteriously disappeared, a few people turned into hundreds, hundreds - into thousands.

At first, it was not known where and what these people intended to do or were doing - some returned to their homes, others disappeared.

Then there was increased pirate activity. Increased activity of mysterious groups, robbing the Navy and causing problems - at first they thought they were Dragon revolutionaries, but doubts arose when one of the members of the mysterious group was identified as a former navy soldier.

People whispered, even though the whisper carried around, to other people like a scream, loud and clear.

In some places, her influence was big. Graffiti of the Lion, often silver like metal, with the note "Leona" would appear on the walls, just to be sure what it was about, although it quickly changed to just "L.".

The graphic design quickly gained popularity, and leaflets were printed with it. With the note:

"We are not as stupid as you think we are, we can see." Which was clearly inspired by Leona's words.

"People are not as stupid as you think they are, they can see what is happening."

It was not the end.

It was only the beginning.

Despite the Navy's actions, trying to crush this rebellion, to silence people, they did not succeed, even though many were arrested, and the production of these leaflets was punishable.

Theft of Navy ships, of course. Ships sailing with a silver lion on the mast, yes. A person with a tattoo of the forbidden lion? It also happened.

It looked as if the Navy was fighting the wind - it didn't seem to help. It didn't weaken, it actually grew.

It was just a few words, a few sentences. And it worked like a spark to spread the fire to the whole world.

The Navy doubted whether Leona had anything to do with these actions at all, for now there was no trace of her or her crew. The search was desperate. They wanted to put out the fire in the bud, otherwise it seemed impossible.

They cursed her in the Navy, she made everything so difficult for them.

Some compared what was happening to an event that took place 20 years ago.

To how the era of pirates began after the words of Gold D. Roger.

"Wanted dead or alive" posters landed in newspapers, attached to poles and boards. Leona D. Monkey, the Silver Lion, they offered 2,500,000,000.

2 and a half billion beri for her head.

Now, who would be stupid enough to try and get the bounty on her head?
