JISUNG
If my life was a movie, this would be the section that they freeze frame, play the record scratch sound and have me voice over: yep, that's me. You're probably wondering how I ended up in this situation.
Truth be told, I'm also not really sure how I ended up pressed into the crook of Minho's neck, my back against a mirror and the sight of Minho having me pushed up against the wall being reflected back at me from every angle possible.
Minho eventually released his hold on me, pushing away from the mirror behind me to peek out into the corridor. A myriad of mirrors showed his face as he tentatively looked down into the maze of reflections before him. Looking back at me, he gave a thumbs up before slowly stepping out of the corner he had pushed me into. "They're gone now. Fucking hell, that was close."
Breathing a sigh of relief, I also stepped out, glancing down the corridor to catch a glimpse of two retreating figures. One was the back of Felix, wearing the clothes we had dressed him up in this morning. The other was Changbin, somehow still choosing to wear black despite the fact that they were on their second date and the fact that the place he chose to have this second date was one filled with bright colour directly contrasting his outfit.
Minho knocked his shoulder against mine. "Speaking of, your hair smells so nice. What shampoo do you use? Your scent makes you smell almost edible. If you were a dessert, I'd definitely finish you in two bites." He made to bite my shoulder, only to be met with an unrelenting hand pushing him away.
"You're so weird, you know? Sometimes I question if your brain is actually present."
"Speaking of, did you ever notice how pretty you were pressed into me like that? It was difficult not to notice, being reflected back at you from around 20 different angles and all that."
I could only splutter out half a response, my mind too busy weighing up the consequences of decking him right there and then. "What do you mean 'speaking of'? That has no relevance to the previous statement whatsoever. And also shut the fuck up."
"Even if you don't want to admit you're cute, you have to admit that I'm fine as fuck. It's a universal agreement."
"I will kick your fine-as-fuck ass into outer space."
"See? You agree. I think this is just your unique way of expressing the fact that you've fallen hopelessly in love with me."
"And I think I'm going to punch you in the face."
Minho leaned his face towards me. "If you can reach, squirrel, you're welcome to go ahead."
"Okay you know what-"
It would be embarrassing how easily he stopped my fist if I wasn't so focused on trying to high-five Minho in the face. Catching my wrist in his hand, he spun me around so that his arms were around me, with my back against his chest and his head resting on my shoulder. Facing one of the many mirrors available, I could see the smirk playing on his lips in the reflection as he tilted his head to whisper in my ear. "Do you need a reminder of how effortlessly you were pushed against the wall when we hid in that corner? I don't mind giving another demonstration-"
I dug my heel into his foot, shoving him away as his expression morphed into one of pain and betrayal. "Hey, squirrel! That's not very nice."
"Your face isn't very nice."
Even though my back was turned to him, I could still see his pout as he gingerly took a step on the foot I had just stood on. As he fell back into step beside me, I bumped my shoulder into his. "Why'd you do that, anyway?"
