Context:What if the villain from season three killed John B and Sarah found out she was pregnant right before her dad died.

"Sar promise me that our son or daughter will be raised with our friends." John B chocked out. "I promise just hang on." Sarah cried. "I love you" John B chocked out as he took his last breath. "I love you too." Sarah cried. Kiara caught Sarah as she fell backwards into the ground. "John B" Sarah sobbed. Sarah sobbed into Kiara's arms as Big John punched the guy who shot his son. Then Big John tackled the guy while Ward took all the kids back to the boat. "His body we have to go back." Sarah cried. JJ was carrying John Bs body which was placed into a sack and Sarah wrote John Bs date of birth and his date of death on the front of the sack. "You were an amazing boyfriend and a great friend I hope it's better where you are." Sarah cried. Everyone said there goodbyes and then JJ threw John B overboard. Once they got back to OBX Sarah stayed with Kiara for the rest of her pregnancy. "Kie wake up." Sarah said. "I'm up" Kiara said as she got up. "My water broke." Sarah said. "Aww shit I'll tell Pope and JJ to get the pool ready." Kiara said. Kiara ran downstairs and yelled it's time over and over. "Kiara calm down girl we have the pool ready." Cleo said. "Can I get a little help please." Sarah said as she was holding onto the railing. Rafe had came over the night before and he carried Sarah downstairs. As they made it to the bottom Sarah got a bad contraction so she dug her nails into Rafes arm. "Sarah your nails are sharp please let go." Rafe said. "Sorry it's just oh my god this hurts." Sarah groaned. Rafe put her Sarah in the pool and then she took her pants and shirt off leaving her only in a sports bra. Kiara had put her hair up into a bun while JJ put an ice pack on her head. "When can I push?" Sarah said. "Not yet" Pope said. "I'm gonna kill John B." Sarah said. "He's already dead." JJ said. "Shut up I'll pass this pregnancy mojo onto your girlfriend." Sarah said. "Umm you kinda did." Kiara said as she took her shirt off. "You're pregnant?" JJ said. "I'm 24 weeks." Kiara said. "You hid this for 24 weeks you're lucky you're hot." JJ said. Kiara got into the pool with Sarah and she sat behind her. "When you're ready to push just lay into me." Kiara said. Sarah felt the need to push so she did. "That was good Sar do it again." Pope said. Sarah pushed again and when she stopped she cried. "I want John B." Sarah cried. "Sarah listen to me as your brother John B is watching over you and the baby and he's cheering you on. So you're going to hold my hand and push with all your strength." Rafe said. Sarah held Rafe's hand and she pushed again. "Just one more push Sar." Pope said. Sarah pushed one more time and cries filled the room. "That hurt like hell." Sarah said. "My hand" Rafe cried. Pope gave Sarah the baby and Rafe cut the cord. "It's a girl right?" Sarah asked. "Yea it's a girl." Rafe said. Sarah was about to say hi when she felt the pain again. "Is this the afterbirth?" Sarah asked. "You're having another baby." Pope said. "What?" Sarah said. There was no time for questions so Sarah just pushed." The second baby came out along with the placenta. Sarah held the second baby which was another girl. "Well Sarah do you have any names?" Pope said. "The first little girl is Brooklyn Noel Cameron. And the second little girl is Eliana Louise Cameron." Sarah said. "They are adorable Kie you wanna get them cleaned up." Pope said. "Yea Cleo help Sarah." Kiara said. Cleo went to go help Sarah clean herself up so she took her to the bathroom. "I have two daughters at 17 years old I don't have a crib for one of them. Cleo what am I gonna do?" Sarah said. "Be a mom. You have your daughters you have to take care of them don't worry we'll help you but you're their mom. The one person they will look up to the most." Cleo said. "What if I'm not a good mom?" Sarah said. "You will be." Cleo said. Once they finished in the bathroom Kiara and Rafe were holding the babies. "Sar I'm proud of you." Rafe said. "Thank you" Sarah said. Sarah was going to grab Brooklyn when she passed out. "Sarah." Rafe said. "Sarah can you hear me?" Pope said as he went over to her. Sarah didn't wake up so Rafe drove her to the hospital.
