Both cabir n navya reached home. And cabir msged the others "my place in an hr.... any how!!! Its urgent;;;!!!". As the others reached there he showed them the letter, and all of them had the same reaction as they had. All had tears in their eyes, n then they all thought that now they can't stop him as she has already left, so why shouldn't they support him and encourage him. Soon they received a call frm manik & to his surprise all of them just wished him luck & asked him to take care of himself. Manik was very happy at this & headed towards his destination. He reached that area & asked a few ppl about "Rosy & Jane". And then he asked a man "excuse me, do u knw any1 by the name rosy or jane living in this area." The man replied politely "no.... but if u want u can enquire in that hospital...... it has details of every single person living in this area". Manik thanked him & rushed towards the hospital. Manik entered the hospital & asked the receptionist.
Manik: excuse me, mam do u hv any idea about this paper & its contents.
He gave the paper slip, which nandini had left at his place.
Receptionist: this is the pin code of this area & 'rosy & jane' is the name of the house of our chief cardiologist dr. albert. These r the names of his 2 daughters.
Manik: ohh really..... can u plzz tell me where can I meet him.
Receptionist: sorry sir, but today he is on leave, so I m afraid u can't see him.
Manik: can I plz get his address or his phone no.
Receptionist: yeah sure, just a sec....
She scribbled the address on a piece of paper & handed over to him. Manik rushed out & took a taxi to the given address. He reached there in about 10mins & rang the door bell. A lady came & opened the door.
Lady: yes...
Manik: hello... if I m not wrong this is dr. albert's house..
Lady: yes it is.... And u r??
Manik: actually I had to talk something really important to him... is he at home.
The lady called him in made him settle down in the living room. A few minutes later a guy came towards him. He was a nice, handsome looking guy maybe in his thirty's, he was dressed in formals & seemed to be a very soft spoken, n elegant person.
Manik: Dr. Albert???
Albert: yes...
Manik: ohh Hi.... Nice to meet u, I m Manik Malhotra from India..... u don't knw me but I hv to ask something frm u..
Albert: ohk..... please take a seat.
Manik: ohh thank u.... actually 2 days back I got this paper from somewhere.... Do u hv any idea whom this belongs to..
Albert( after seeing the paper): this is the name of my house.... But where did u get it frm???
Manik: actually, I got it in my own house back in india...
Albert: in India??? I m sorry but I don't think I can help u in this, coz I don't knw any1 in India & I hv no idea about this paper.
As manik heard this, his face dropped. His last hope to find nandini seemed to fade away. But then he heard,
Albert: can I plz ask u something??
Manik: yes...
Albert: what r these bandages about on ur head n hand & why r u seeming to be so weak.
Manik: no no dr. I m totally fine.... It's just that I havn't rested frm last night & I just had a heart surgery 2 days back..
Albert: what.... A surgery?? Then what r u doing here?? I mean didn't any1 tell u that u aren't allowed to travel.
Manik: yes doctor but it was Important 4 me to come here..
Albert: whats so important than ur life man,..... ohk now come atleast eat something, hv breakfast wid us.
Manik: ohh no I m fine.
Albert : plzz I m a dr. & its my duty to take care of ppl..
Manik: ohk fine...
They walked towards the dining room & settled there. Albert's wife serves them food, they were still eating when albert's phone flashed wuth the name "Dr. Nandini".he picked up the phone & said,
Albert: hello dr...... how r u??
Nandini: good afternoon albert.... I m good, what about u??
Albert: ohh I m gr8.... But where r u... u went there for 10 days & the head dr told me that u left in just 1 day..
Nandini: yes dr. I m back!! And I m at the hospital
Albert: ohh gud..... but y so soon???
Nandini: I will tell u when v meet in person
Albert: then come here now... u don't hv any appointments or surgeries today... come here, v'll hv fun.
Nandini: no doc, I m fine
Albert: come on nandini...
Nandini: ohk fine, I m coming
Albert: great see u soon!!!
Albert & manik finished their breakfast & sat in the living room again n talking,
Albert: so how did u landed up hurting urself so much
Manik: I had an accident..... & ended up in an heart surgery.
Albert: ohh who did that??
Manik: it was my family doctor, dr. agarwal.
Albert: ohh my junior too returned from India after a heart surgery, which dr. agarwal was going to do, but couldn't.
Nandini: ohh really..
Albert: yeah.... But now that u r here I won't let u go anywhere u hv to take rest now....
Manik: sorry doc but I m here 4 something really imp. Work...... I need to find sum1.
Albert: I m not saying u not to do that, just stay here for 1 or 2 days & then I'll help u to find whomever u want to..... It's my daughter's birthday today & we hv a party tonight, u 2 should join us...
Manik: ohh... u don't need to take that trouble..
Albert: I insist plzzz
Manik: ohk fine... thank u very much..
And that very moment, someone rang the door bell. Albert got up & went to open the gate. He opened it & hugged the person standing out,
Albert: hello my lady love..... seriously missed u a lot..
She hugged him back & entered. Nandini was walking towards the area where manik was sitting, but couldn't see him. She hugged albert's wife & kissed his daughters. Then manik got up to look who it was & saw a girl kissing those 2 small ones. He thought about something familiar in her & was waiting for her to turn & then slowly she turned n saw him. Manik was shocked to see his nandini standing in front of him. He had thought about this day a zillion times from the day she left. But now finding her in front of him, he seemed to have lost his voice. He hoobed towards her, as he was not able to walk properly, and tried to say something, but couldn't. His eyes were full of tears by then. But his heart was more than just happy to find her. Nandini, on the other side, too was shocked to see manik at albert's place. She wasn't understanding whatever was happening. And then finally manik managed to say, "nandini....!!!"...
