"I know Kingston loves to play games but I don't think tonight is the night for that." Yuri said rubbing his hands through white hair.

"I don't think they are playing I think they are serious." I replied rolling my eyes.

I was in love with Yuri since the day I met him, and I couldn't wait till we were all grown up. I just knew deep down in my heart we would end up together. Instead I he flirted with me and watched me from a far. The idiot also dated other girls and I just waited for him to realize that I was right here. There were times I swore to Kingston I was just going to lock myself in a room with him and tell him. I never thought her crazy ass would really do it, but she knew I would never do it. I had my phone on me and I could easily call someone to get us out, but I didn't want to. I needed to once and for all if I was just wasting my time, and it was just a one sided crush.

"You know my father is pushing me to marry someone so there can be another allied clan?" I questioned.

"Yeah he mentioned something in one of the meetings when I was shadowing my father." Yuri answered.

"How do you feel about that?" I said wanting him to just let me know that I hadn't been imagining things.

"What am I supposed to feel? We know we can't have this conversation your father would go ballistic." He responded.

"I don't care how my fathers feels I'm not asking you I'm asking him." I bit out. I was starting to get angry my father had no say in who I could love, and who I could marry. He wanted me to be with someone as if it was nothing more than a business deal and I didn't want that.

"He will fight us every step of the way, and I don't want that I'm your brothers saber." He said angrily.

"Don't act like I don't know him because I do, but I don't want to marry someone I don't love because it will help my clan. I have to think about myself at some point and there are other ways to gain treaties, and allies. I don't want to be used and pushed to the side as if what I want doesn't matter because it does, and he wants to fight I will." I replied.

"I don't know what to do or say I had talked myself into letting you go, and I was told not to be selfish. Our clan is everything and one day I will be apart of the safety of it, and also helping aide the king."He said.

"Who told you not to be selfish? How can wanting to be with each other be wrong?" I yelled.

"I talked to my father about it and he went crazy and let me know right then that I had to get it out of my head." He answered.

"Your father who is the saber to mines who goes along with what he thinks and believes. His opinion doesn't matter." I bit out. I was sick of talking and sick of worrying about our fathers, and I just wanted him. I pushed aside my doubts and slowly walked over to him; his eyes went wide and shock. I stood a few inches away from him are bodies slightly touching and I brought my hand up to his smooth face.

"If you can sleep at night knowing someone else will have me, than I will call someone and we can get out of here right now." I said as I stood up on my tiptoes slightly brushing my lips against his.

Yuri stood frozen for what felt like a decade and than he let out a sigh and slipped his arms around my waist pulling me close.

"If I kiss you I will never let you go." He whispered into my ear.
